One thing that I wish you could have mentioned is that the planet Elena wants to make a pilgrimage to happens to be the one from Bound for Greatness, which was taken over by Tzeentch.
I would like to point out, she not only went blind, she chose to remain blind. the imperium has the Tech to replace bad eyes. and yet she chooses to remain blind.
Elena was robbed of her sight, but not before witnessing a miracle. Seeing this miracle is a greater gift than reading all the books in the Imperium, and is the absolute solidification of her faith. Over a year later, this is still my favorite episode.
How much of that is Faith itself manifesting in the warp and how much of that is the Emperor himself stepping in. I personally believe most of that manifestation is the Emperor himself or part of him especially in the case of living saints. The emperor uses his power to bring back living saints over and over. I will say some of the divine healing and other minor miracles could very well be faith manifest rather than the Emperor stepping in.
It's EXACTLY that, yes. The common Psyker power, as small each one is, add each other to "build" something. Making their faith become truth. Exactly like the Waaag ork. Exactly like the Chaos gods. Even the "livings saints" are nothing more than another kind of demons. And we see a dead body become possessed by it.

Even if we don't have the same opinions, I like even admire what you do. I would like to point out a minor aspect that you didn't address but which is interesting. Having spent my childhood in Rome, I know the importance of rituals in religions. One of the passages (notably in the previous video) shows that Aghata, even in the face of imminent death, continues the ritual. This causes a reaction in Helena. I add that losing sight is also a ritual present in many religions. Giving your eyes (usually symbolic) allows you to achieve the true vision of faith. This video explains the importance of ritual in the believer’s faith.

Something I’m getting curious about, why is this particular place important to khorne? It seems that he is the main antagonist to this particular shrine. Just seems mildly interesting
Even before his internment into the Golden Throne the Emperor represented Order in one of it's fundemental forms by planning to rid the galaxy of reliance on the Warp and restoring Humanity to DAoT levels, thus negating Chaos and becoming Anathema.
I’m surprised how many people misinterpret and misunderstand the emperors prohibition on religion and faith! it was not at all due to The emperors supposed aversion towards faith based on the presupposition that science and reason can answer all the questions within the universe. In fact the emperor knew that faith was humanity‘s greatest asset in untapped power, hence why was set on humanity avoiding using a weapon properly until they were ready or the Emperor had finished his web-way project. As the emperor was a man of great faith and possessed a clear understanding of it’s power especially as it relates to the human soul. A larger understanding of the lore will confirm Such a presupposition. As with many things and Warhammer you must perceive beyond the superficial layer of what we read or and why they tell the masses what they do. Arm for such a precept it makes perfect sense why the emperor was trying to prevent people from unknowingly worshiping chaos and thus manifesting or invoking demonic entities. His imperial creed to White wash and remove the temptation of religion and face was to prevent any vectors chaos could potentially use to infiltrate Or undermine the administrative centralization of power undertaken by the emperor. In sum The emperors banishment of religion had nothing to do with a supposed emperors distain for faith, in fact he felt the opposite, it was only a preventive measure to prevent humanity from feeding the warp and chaos unwittingly.
As I recall wasn’t their a story where the sisters of battle don’t see eye to eye with the Astartes? Why is that, by all accounts shouldn’t the sisters of battle actually view them as Allie’s? So why are their some sisters that view them as either heretics, Xenos or worse?
Most Astartes keep the Imperial Truth and deny that the Emperor is a God. Astartes are transhuman, so in a way they're a kind of mutant, they're just sanctioned. Also the Sisters were defending the head Lord of Terra against Astartes who wanted to kill him, so they were being loyal to a voice of the Emperor. So I’ve been watching your breakdowns for a while and have been binging a metric F ton of lore videos. Based on what I’ve seen on your channel specifically I tried to get a warhammer+ subscription. But unfortunately I’m in Canada. Apparently it’s our laws that make it so I can’t give GW my money…. But I can get everything else including other IP protective company’s stuff. They just partner with a service that deals with the content requirements. I absolutely respect the intent of protecting an IP but if everyone else can work it out why can’t GW? Yeah Canada is small but partnering with a global company I think they could easily double their subscriptions. They seem to be gnawing off their own hand (profits) and refusing to join the rest of the planet. That said. Thanks for doing your videos, the breakdowns are great and definitely part of the enjoyment and I know that you are not GW. Keep it up.
the only thing I do not like at all is the sound of the bolters. They sound so weak. I just got done watching the old SODAZ 40k videos and he nailed the bolter sounds and he is a fan making stuff not official GW videos. So GW goes after fan made stuff and then releases inferior videos. If that is not some Tzeentch level of insanity I don't know what is.
People complaining about conventional weapons penetrating the armor clearly are not too well versed in the lore. In the lore even Space Marine Powerarmor, which is way more protective than what the sisters have, can be penetrated by conventional weapons in rare cases. It's a universe that basically conforms to the Tabletop-rules, so going at it with arguments about how physics work in our world is just a flawed understanding of 40k.
I’m praying the Amazon deal and their work with M2 studios continues to improve the quality. Hammer and Bolter started rough but was solid by the end. It’s too bad they killed it by the time it was getting good.
The enemy also attacked the image of the emperor of man kind In the same way that you were with half the spirit of the face stolen. Jairus Harvey Also I'm under attack physically and spiritually. Counterpoints40K, Riport.×9. Report.×4.
They are not separate if you don't want them to be. I simply believe in the old lore from the 1980s: the fantasy planet is a setting very far in the future, after 40K. Some examples: A group of Sisters Of Battle became the Amazons of Lustria, keeping safe some ancient relics including Bolters and Las-Pistols said to be from "The High Age". The Norscans landed on the planet from a spaceship. The Great Maw is the last Tyranid that landed from space. The Tomb Kings are in possession of what is basically a Necron monolith called The Black Pyramid. And that's not even mentioning the fact that demon characters are crossed over in both settings, like Be'lakor, following the logic that in the warp, time doesn't matter.
Love what you have here on this channel. Just recently got into Warhammer 40K. I do have a lore question if you have time. I generally don't care for identity politics (despite being transgender), but do you think transgender persons would be accepted into the Sisters of Battle? Without going into fandom, I haven't seen or read any direct answers to this question. I don't mind if there isn't an answer but it popped up into my mind recently.
They dont have "power armored" gauntlets. They dont have black carapace. Sisters armor only offer protection. Plus their bolter not 75 cal. Normal humans use much smaller bolters then astarties. Also stupidest thing that they got sisters through chestplate of a POWER ARMOR. I understand it is for dramatic effect. But it also pretty stupid.
@@Counterpoints the real reason sisters of battle are good is because of the power armour the have and without it they have high chance of lose fight to guardsmen in boxing ring
The representation of power armors defense here was shit but offense was spot on. Also the power swords do most of the work for you as rather than cut they separate what they hit at the molecular level, when swung with wile wearing power armor which enhances ones strength you dont need to be a body builder to cleave someone in half.

Keep it up.
The emperor answers the calls in the middle east right now.
Hey a channel called Moskoni just dropped a fan animation "SCORCH - PART ONE" that I think you'd really like
I saw it and I loved it. Will break down asap
Sooo this is a rifle with a metal case around it?
Alright Ian 😂
Yooooooooo❤ WarrrrrrHammer!
Can anyone tell me when there will actually be anything new to watch on Warhammer plus?
They just announced a Knights Series, unknown release date will probably find out tomorrow
@@Counterpoints Thanks!
OMG they are savage AF
the only thing I do not like at all is the sound of the bolters.
I always.
Found those little cupids to be pretty fucking creepy
The animation quality is worse than GWs pricing model. Sad that they treated their creative fan base with such utter disdain
I’m praying the Amazon deal and their work with M2 studios continues to improve the quality. Hammer and Bolter started rough but was solid by the end. It’s too bad they killed it by the time it was getting good.
Cultists seem able to cut power armour with knives…
The enemy also attacked the image of the emperor of man kind In the same way that you were with half the spirit of the face stolen.
Jairus Harvey
Also I'm under attack physically and spiritually.

why is fantasy and 40k separate? do they even have anything in common? shared universe even?
Anybody else have trouble with the games workshop app to watch these
Love what you have here on this channel.
Salvation throug ANNIHILATION
They dont have "power armored" gauntlets. They dont have black carapace. Sisters armor only offer protection. Plus their bolter not 75 cal. Normal humans use much smaller bolters then astarties. Also stupidest thing that they got sisters through chestplate of a POWER ARMOR. I understand it is for dramatic effect. But it also pretty stupid.
U see, all god worship destroyed would make him the only god the emperor is the evil😅

@@Counterpoints always. Keep em coming my dude!
Let be serious how are they getting destroyed by nuns
Because they’re nuns in power armor who have trained since childhood.
@@Counterpoints the real reason sisters of battle are good is because of the power armour the have and without it they have high chance of lose fight to guardsmen in boxing ring
It's kinda silly. The saint showing up to kill some cultists is also weird. They made khorne's followers look pretty weak here.
The representation of power armors defense here was shit but offense was spot on. Also the power swords do most of the work for you as rather than cut they separate what they hit at the molecular level, when swung with wile wearing power armor which enhances ones strength you dont need to be a body builder to cleave someone in half.
Awesome
Okay so im not understanding whats going on here. I google hammer and bolter and can't find an original animation on TH-cam. Who makes these shorts? Why is it just your react videos popping up?
Because it’s on Warhammer TV a paid subscription service
❤❤❤❤
So corn doesn't care from where it come. S yet you're f****** hand cut off by using a pistol. For so I guess he does give a fuck
I think.
That the sisters stopping austerity's is kind of fucking stupid
more please
Just pick up one of their weapons
Why does your picture always have to cover 1/4 of the screen?
