    Kindly let me know what diet should we take to strengthen my knees. I have been diagnosed with 3rd grade knee arthritis. Given medication and was suggested Quadriceps strengthening exercises.     Very simple and easy to do excercise Sir i am having pain in climbing stairs and coming down and also getting up from low surface sofa and seat will these excercise will reduce the pain or some more excercise i can do

    Exemplory speech. Quite understandable in English. Easy to follow steps of stretching and strengthening. I am 70 years. Male. I have really painful while climbing steps. Ist stage. Have to do exercise..

    Excellent explanation Doctor. Had menescous tear few years back and continuing exercise. OA is also there. I am 67 years old. There is always painful swelling inspite of doing exercises. Just managing with cold or hot pack. How to get relief from the pain. I am over weight . Advised not to go for brisk walk. I want relief from the pain as it totally de motivates.

    Dr.Heard ur video speech fully. Now in my 70th year i àm doing 10 hrs minimum standing work as well as making entries in registers. After a week, get pain in thigh nerve intermittently. May i start doing stretching and strengthening 7 exercises tomorrow onwards. Please advice me. Whether to start or stop. Please reply. Chakkravarti AR . I Can't leave working bcoz it is my survival. Eager ly waiting for ur reply.

    I am Prema Nadarajan. I am suffering from psoriasis for more than 15 years. Taking medicines. Now for the past five years i am having severe knee pain also. Took Naturopathy treatment also. They taught some yoga. Now i am doing that also. Facing obesity problem also. If i walk means psoriasis problem is increased. Shall i follow your exercises. Pl.confirm

    Hi Dr Sheriram very helpful informative video along with the exercise. I am 57 years old I have been having having right knee pain since 2 months and I went to orthopedic specialist and diagnosed OA he recommended to take Brufen 3 times a day . Iam really concerned taking anti inflammatory drugs , also do you think I can do exercise with pain or If you could give me your recommendation would be appreciated.

      Treatment depends on the stage of your arthritis mam
      I wouldn't recommend NSAID for long
      Cartigen supplement , curcumin and Boswella can help
      Weight loss and exercise remains the key

    Doctor thank you for your valuable tips. For full body pain and spinal cord end part what is the exacise. I'm taking pain killer tablet fir this killing pain, i know it is dangerous consuming tablet.
