Excellent explanation Doctor. Had menescous tear few years back and continuing exercise. OA is also there. I am 67 years old. There is always painful swelling inspite of doing exercises. Just managing with cold or hot pack. How to get relief from the pain. I am over weight . Advised not to go for brisk walk. I want relief from the pain as it totally de motivates.
