Supplements I started to take after I did some research on endometriosis are: Vitamin C, E, Omega-3 fatty acids and prebiotics first thing in the morning. I also take Vitamin B complex, B12, D3+K2 but these are more for brain function, energy and over all health. I also read that Zinc, NAC, Tumeric are good for endometriosis. Turmeric is not good if your low on Iron though since it can cause Iron deficiency and I was low on Iron for a while so I bought it but haven't started to take it yet. Some of us who are dealing with heavy bleeding during our menstrual cycles are low on Iron so taking supplements for Low Iron is a must. Avoiding dairy and gluten does help with endometriosis. I know it can be overwhelming to try and avoid it 100% of the time but I try to avoid as much as I can.
Great tips. Currently, I'm really trying to work on reducing and managing my stress- I believe being chronically stressed has partially caused my hyperthyroidism as well as my endo! I add tumeric to all of my smoothies for it's anti-inflammatory properties- not too fond of the idea of taking it in supplement form 😅

Hi! How long have you been taking NAC? And did tin decrease menstruation pain? 🥺❤
Arnica is magic for me (both as topical cream/gel and taken orally)
