I tried wild lettuce tea, it grows wild nearly everywhere in the world as a weed. It does help with period pain but not my chronic EDS back/hip pain. Where is the link and code for the tea you mentioned?
I am so happy I have found your channel! I’m having my first laparoscopy in a few months and your videos have helped so much! I just wanted to say thank you!
Aaawww Summa... I am sooo glad they're helping. I wish you all the best for your laparoscopy - I hope you've seen the videos on how I prepared for them and what I experienced after? Good luck and take care :)
Hey sister glad to hear people like you talking about endometriosis Im diagnosed with endometriosis before 1 year I tried to suicide twice .. because I couldn’t handle it .. the pain goes out of my control n nobody understands the pain .. Please share more n more tips for curing endometriosis ..is there any remedy to shrink the endometrioma cysts ?
Hi.. It's so tough to deal with endometriosis and sadly people do not realise how tough it is on the mind. I recently did a video on 'Can Endometriosis Kill You?' (here's the link in case you're interested and wish to share it with those who don't understand its impact: th-cam.com/video/bmOmmkcHrcg/w-d-xo.html) I really wish I had a resource to tell everyone how to cure it - but sadly there really isn't a "cure", but instead the gold standard of endo surgery is excision surgery which is something you can speak to your doctor about? And yes, I will keep doing my best in sharing my experiences on endometriosis in the hope it builds awareness and more people get to understand what us endo sufferers go through. I hope you do feel better soon. Good luck.
Well in my culture we take yellow papaya seeds. U eat it raw or u can crush it with the papaya flesh. But be ready when the cysts come out it may be painful.
Chamomile tea, fenugreek tea, levnder essential oil also help with the endometriosis cramps 😭😭 I use all 3 above item for my pain, I also had tried the turmeric tea but didn't help much...but ginger tea is helping me a little and pain killer also helps such as tylenol 500mg
Thank you so much for sharing this Shaira. I am so sure this information would be helpful for many. Recently I did a blog post on the teas that help me - I should try to make it into a video soon though but until then, here's the link in case you're interested: allthingsendometriosis.com/tea-reduce-period-pain/
I use raspberry leaf tea for the cramping and essentials oils to massage into my tummy and the small of my back, electric heat pad is my constant friend or the heat patches you can place on your underwear if I go anywhere.
Your local chemist, amazon - they all should have hot water bags available. The specifics of where to buy from obviously depend on which country you're based in.
Hi Farheen, I'd suggest checking out a Facebook group called Nancy's Nook - joining that will give you the resources to check for your country/city. I hope you find someone there.
Hi Nattie, I do gas and in fact salt helps me. And as I've said in the video, these are things that help me and that I'm not a medical professional. For example some people prefer cold packs to hot water bottles - which is what I prefer, but that's where our own discretion comes in. Not everything works for everyone.
I haven't been able to find any professional help at all. Been suffering for 19 years, no doctor diagnosed me. I had to trick a clinic to do a TVS on me which the docs refused to do on my because I'm not married. All treatment seems to revolve around fertility, which I don't care about. I just want to be out of pain. I've tried everything you've mentioned here but they haven't worked for me I've been suicidal for years. I don't know what to do.
O' gosh Anwesha, I really hope you find a doctor that is willing to diagnose you. Are you based in India? If so, then you should get in touch ICE: www.endometriosis-india.com/ - Dr Abhishek Mangeshikar is really good.

Hi Anmol, Surya Namaskar is definitely helpful for a lot of issues and overall health, unfortunately, because of my other health issues, I can't do it. But I am glad you can and that it works for you.
Hi Asma, thank you for sharing that. I have super sensitive skin from having EDS, and I've been told to avoid cupping, but yes, I have homeopathic medicines too and they do help me. Thank you for dropping in a comment. Take care! :)
What natural ways do you use to help reduce your chronic pain? Please do share :)
I drink this womb tea from Womb Warrior on Instagram.
@@b.adelene That's great, I'll check that out.

FYI: On the TH-cam app there is a large blank area in the description where all your links are. I had to go to my browser to see them.
Going gluten-free, using head, epsom bath salts and spearmint tea have helped me a lot. Thank you for this informative video 🙏🏽

Hi Ashwini, I wouldn't know the answer to that. It'll be best to ask your gynaecologist about it.
