On todays video we take a look at the new channel build. I bought this cart with the other 14 that didnt run from the dealership salvage buy out!
After looking at the cart for sometime I think we will take a different approach with this cart.
I’m 220 lbs & my cc precedent got a speed code & high Speed magnet & is doing 23mph on big battery falcon elite. Thanks for your videos.

Do you use self tapping screws to mount the battery? If so, what size?
I replaced my uno battery with the vatrar 48 volt 105ah battery and love it. 40 miles between charges so having you go through the gage and open the top was great for me. I have a 2021 drive 2 Yamaha with 440 amp Navitas on 18” tires and it is 39 mph. No lift , like the ride and handling of stock suspension. Can’t wait to see what direction you go in with this club car.
I like the vatrer brand as well. What did you do with the uno?
@Fentertainment I put it in a 2002 DS that I flipped. it was still working well so it gave me the opportunity to upgrade. In my drive 2 the uno needed a charge after 15 miles. my friend also has a uno and can only get it charged to 75%. three of us here had uno's and all 3 had to be replaced in the first year when the company was still in business.

@@Fentertainment yes , he’s still got it. He wants to hang onto it. I send him all your videos to keep him up to speed on lithium batteries. I think both my friends are going to have to make a decision soon on replacing the uno’s.
Do you mount the charger inside the compartment with the battery?

Thanks for the info Ryan , I just bought my first cart yesterday 2010 cc precedent . What motor would you suggest to pair with this new battery ?
Well you just helped me make up my mind. I was set on enjoybot then I watched a different review and this one today and the hill climb and yours that told me it works with the stock regen was a deal breaker. Ours is a fully stock 10 CC precedent. We have alot of BIG hills in out campground and the piece of mind with the 200amp output is worth it for me! Not that it will come close to those numbers but it's there if it needs it haha.
Couple questions for you...2017 CC Precedent... Did you have to change the solenoid to the larger MZJ400? Would it be a problem if you did and kept the stock controller? Also did you have to unbolt the original plug in charger cables? I'm getting my new lithium battery in a couple days. Eventually, I would like to do the Navitas conversion but wanted my wallet to cool off before I do.
You dont have to change the solenoid for a lithium battery. As far as the charge cables you shouldnt have to because 2014 up doesnt have the OBC. You can either mount the new charger on board or use it with the club car plug. Change the solenoid when you do the ac swap. Navitas AC is fun, Alltrax AC is a Blast! I did the alltrax ac1 on this cart in a different video and they offer a discount code for my followers, check out that video. I need to make an updated video but its a blast trust me!
@@Fentertainment thanks for the comment! I saw that video! I have watched almost all your golf cart videos! HA! I was leaning towards Navitas because of the OTF panel with the key. Great channel! keep up the good work! When I do convert to AC, I will have to install the 48v to 12v converter to power the headlights, correct?

Great Video.. .Just curios and maybe the answer is obvious. I have a 2019 Club Car Tempo and looking to do the same Vatrer Lithium conversion. My cart has a 6” lift with 23” tires but all other components are stock. My biggest concern, and what I have seen online, is that after a lithium conversion some people will experience the cart shut off during heavy acceleration and/or going up hills, etc. Any experience with that or is this battery and BMS plenty to handle a stock cart with just suspension and tire upgrades. Thanks in advance.
This battery will handle it. The next video of this cart I install the Alltrax AC1 conversion kit. I have a setting tuned to 600a output and it handles it perfectly. Most stock controllers aren't any more than 250-350amp.

I follow your videos religiously!!! Thank you for the content. I have a 2012 Yamaha drive 48v, stock controller and solenoid, Admiral motor, 6” lift with 23 inch tires and a small stereo system. Don’t plan on really doing anything else, What is the lithium battery you suggest for me for maximum range, mainly off-road at the ranch with very minor elevation change

Well, They arent all the time but I bought 14 carts for just under 3k this year. I doubt ill run across that again for a while. I keep my head on a swivel tho!

Not at all. Lithium will work in any cart with any motor or controller.
After my DWI in a Golf Cart 😂😅there was no rebuild.
