@mrkeepitup1276 Sir you didn’t get the point “ In OS Prime 1 every street is 50 feet wide & in all other Blocks standard street size is 40 feet, so CSC charging OS prime 1 investors for extra 10 feet street size, hopefully now the point is clear?

Sir nice video. I have made all payments much before the time even but until now balloting information is not given to me. I have got plot in overseas central but not sure the status now. Cna you please advise.

Shahvez Bhai I have already paid the total payment included development changes overseas east G block before the time . But CSC cannot give me the Develop plot. Kindly guide what to do ? .
in this scenario you should contact the management for some replacement options (Not construction bound), hopefully you will get something better, if not then please be patient because if Sector G gets land acquisition done in this year it will be the best investment you ever had, thanks a lot sir ❤️

Sir there are no plot cancellations on unpaid location charges & no surcharges as well if paid before 31-05-2024, but location charges comes under plot category / Invoice price, therefore it’s better to pay as per your payment schedule before 31-05-2024 to avoid Surcharge. Thanks 🙏
@@MeydaanInsights I Don't understand why they apply prime location charges. Plots is not park facing. Not on Main road, no corner. Its also not develope yet. Also i paid instalment and development charges on time but no benefit from CSC. They giving discount only for those who is not paying on time. What is this all.
