Smart city management need to get open feedback from real customers rather then sales partners. Based on the feedback management should do corrective measures to fulfill the gaps. I am one of the customers of Smarty City overseas east E block, and totally disappointed with the quality of so called Smart villas (without any Smart features). 100% payment completed long back, first delivery commitment was June2023, however still none of of single villa is complete so far in E block of overseas east. Another surprise I received with SOD letter, extra charges imposed on the name of mumty charges around 1 Million which is totally unfair and unjustifiable. I can challenge the size of villa, which is less than the size which was published earlier. My worst experience with CSC and I pledge not to invest anymore in this society.

What you think about mumty charges what a headache gives us by CSS.we all villa owner also investors in CSS.we deserve this kind of headache??please speak for us in matter of mumty charges.

They'll share their positive experiences with others, making our community the talk of the town! Reduce reliance on traditional marketing: When residents become our brand ambassadors, the need for traditional marketing will naturally decrease.

Never invest in this robbers scheme who impose extra undeclared charges after investment. They never fulfill their commitment in time . They increase their undeclared dues 40 to 50% after investment. They are mafia abd robbers. Never invest in this scheme. Over seas BEWARE

Brother can you kindly and honestly answer whether CSC has managed to 100% complete of even one sector, whether it's OS East, Prime, etc?There's into their 8th year of development and they have barely touched Exec 1. No matter what one says, this is a failed project. They have failed to capture the market, moreover the customers have so many grievances. Exec 1 has been cheated completely.

They are big mafia. Once one invests they start robbing Invester’s by implying escalation charges, extra land charges , extra area charges, Mumty charges in case of villas and donot not deliver in time in spite of receiving all money. Big Mafia. Every future Invester to BEWARE from getting robbed .
