Great review I enjoyed the video Since Im a Excutive Chef I brought a bottle I added some fuji Apples, Granny Smith Apples and Fresh Cinnamon and Fresh Vanilla I let that rest over night then I strained the Still Austin I reserved the Apple I added some raisins and cranberry I added some Organic Farm Fresh Apple Juice and made a Still Austin Apple 🍎 Crannerry Raisin Cinnamon Vanilla glaze for my grilled pork chops. This glazed pair well with Ice Cream. Take Some butter just a little. Cut slice of pound cake and warm up in the melted butter in a frying pan remove pound cake, add scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream and top it off with the glaze .
@@benbernthal4659 super kind of you. We really appreciate that. Right now we’re pouring every spare dime into channel expenses but will get with you when we’ve got a little more fluff in the bourbon budget.
I haven’t tried any GB, and very little Balcones, but I’ve gotta say-Still Austin really shines for me. Cannot wait to see what happens as it continues to age!
Still Austin musician. Purchased a bottle today. Sweet. Slight red hot cinnamon. Balanced on the caramel corn and such. Very good. On track to be the Old Forester of Texas. It's all about the natural, or nontraditional, aging.
Dan and Rex of The Whiskey Tribe had similar thoughts about the finish of the Cask Strength that you did. A couple of drops of water seemed to tone it down and I concur. Great stuff.
Cannot believe we're just seeing this now. Thanks for reviewing our products! Reading all of these comments has us so proud. Cheers y'all!
It’s so weird that in my area, only Total Wine carries it.

Difficult not to be excited about hoping to run across one of these locally after this review. Good stuff Cam!
I’m in Austin and would be more than happy to pick y’all up some of this. If interested let me know!

@@benbernthal4659 that’s super kind to the nth degree then! Hit us up at stuffandwhiskey@gmail.com and we can discuss. 🙏
Glad to see Tx bourbon getting some love. Still Austin is my favorite. Garrison Bros is great also but double and triple the price. Great review!

Stil Austin is by far the best Whiskey from Texas.

Very interesting, hope it makes its way to Ohio

Just bought a bottle of the cask strength today. I might just be a fan of the dusty funk. Now I just need to go back and get a bottle of the musician.
Still Austin is great and it’s awesome to see the cool limited releases they are doing. Really nice to see you giving them a review.
Lots of good info thanks for putting in the effort.
If you had the ability to only buy one if these which one would you recommend?
I couldn't tell by their website whether it is distributed outside of TX. Do you know?
I'm in L.A. Picked up a bottle online through Seelbach's. $65+$15 shipping.
Lots all over Alberta. So outside the US so it should be.
AZ it’s like $55 after tax at Total Wine
That glassware is sweet.
Had never heard of them before today, but i do trust nancy. Sounds like good stuff.
A little dusty funk never hurt anybody! Curious to try this. Great video, especially the intro with the bottles dancing on the drum 👍🏼
That's why I brought it. I remember that episode with Alex Jones.
