What most angers me is that they judge your personality. As if they are perfect and generally they are also hypocrite.

They make me do most of the work then say I’m not moving fast enough i been having this problem because a so called trainer doesn’t like me for some reason but she friends with the store manager and the store manager friends with a good amount of employees. But when I come to work everybody treats me wrong

@@TexasHN45Same. Most of the time it’s conscious or subconscious sense of inferiority (on their part) bc you’re doing well in all these areas that they a) can’t do as good at or b) bc most of the time bc they don’t want to put an effort, they only put effort in what they like or what they can get attention from thejr bosses) or c) they dont care but they still want to put you down (directly or passive aggressively, even by just treating every body else) better than you, … PS sorry I’m about to fall asleep typing here, so tired. Sorry for whoever reads this, can’t go back and edit to see what is repetitive or what I might have forgotten to write. Have anti sleep. I think you/everyone understands what I was trying to say here ✌️ Have a good night you guys and don’t let people (socially shitty people, or even good/decent people that still act shitty by treating you different, even if or specially bc you give 100 to 110%). Kelp you’d. You’re best not for them, but for your own integrity. It doesn’t matter what they think. Repeat/ It doesn’t matter what they think. Have a good night 🌙 / day ☀️ 💋 ✌️

I get angry! Zero tolerance is just that. Someone needs to revamp HR LAWS AND PRACTICES to protect people at work. This country has shown me some very illegal things at work. I’ve been putting many on notice!

HR only exists to protect the interests of the company, not the employees. Anyone who says otherwise is either lying or ignorant.

My coworker who is in the same work group as me and has the same title as me gets to take two hour lunch breaks every day and I have to take 30 minutes. I asked management if I could also take extended lunch breaks and was told no, and she continues to take two hours. It’s so unfair and very frustrating.

I'm sorry about that. Fight it, figure out your leverage and use it against them. Use God and the law of Man. In your favor.

I understand. My job has so many situations such as yours.
Well, as long as I can breath and walk, I'm going to fight back.
I have sent a letter to the EEOC. This morning, I reported to the Department of Health. Tomorrow, I am mailing a letter to the Department of Labor because she's not paying me what she promised.
My mother's egg did not meet my father's sperm so that I could be treated like a slave.

In my case it's the ass kissers who get ahead. There's one in particular who's young and really really arrogant. He and I have had multiple run ins, and every single time he escalates it. Starts shouting, swearing, and the last time he became physical! Threw some of my stuff on the ground violently in front of cameras, and then verbally threatened me. The whole thing is always swept under the rug by the boss, and he (ass kisser) is then lavished with rewards, which are denied me. How do I handle this?

Use the law of God and the law of Man in your favor and use it to cut through that, call them out and expect to pivot off of how they respond.

Bruh I’m super upset. I work in retail and there was a theft last week which I have been held responsible for (which I wasn’t they just have made it out that I wasn’t doing my “job” even though i was). So tired of being mistreated for minimum wage

I made a simple mistake where I accidentally took another servers $5 tip and she called me and asked if I had it once I got home (I live 30 minutes away from my job) I said I can give it to her next time I see her and I was sorry cause I didn’t know it was hers. She understood. The manager found out and he took me off the schedule for the whole week.

HR protects the organization and not the workers. Also, aspiring to be a life long wage slave should not be applauded. Invest as early as possible to get rid of the rat race with passive income.

Get the employee handnook if they have one and they should, and write down everything they tell you have to do. This will show the diffrrence, then decide if yiu meet one if the protected classes, race, gender, religion, etc.

I'm in the situation with unfair treatment from HR as well as the director of the company. They protect people who are directly make money for the organization and disrepect a person who contribute effort for the growth of an organization. In addition, bias/unfair management create toxic working enviroment so they should get condemn & punish toward the law. Best advise for anyone who work in that kinds of organization should move on and looking for another workplace.

I sure wish I could use a legal term to get my situation rectified. I'm tired of 1 / 2 was 2 for 10 months making the higher deals/ pay/ spiffs. First it's " you all are on the same dialer". 10 months later , less employees , ok there switching things around. Some are on this dialer , ect.ect. They try to get a few weeks here and there to others. When words spread out that the 1 or 2 employees are giving there calls to that and 1 other managers who also get commissions from it. Then you hear, she/ he have such a way to get the calls over so they can get the sake. It's because there on that cake call list. Us others get the crappier list aka take it or don't eat list. Look we all are closers yet we're punished bc we can close our own deals. They do it so they get more delad and spiffs, and you get commissions as well. If you told us in the 1st place , some 9f might have done it. They've said nothing till now. We clearly see what's going on. Months of us afraid we'd lose our jobs or be sent home for 2 days for BAD ATTITUDES. Yeah right. Said nothing just weeks of making minimum while they got huge checks. I'm calling Malarkey. Help on what to say. To get their attention or respect. I know they know we're well aware. It's just little by little we were told. It's honestly ridiculous and hurtful. We are supposed to close our own. The managers are there if we need help or a second voice. However, if it's about making sure those special leads are not wasted. Then allow all of us an equal opportunity to earn what they've been allowed for almost year. It's horrible. Thank you

I am still very young. Got a whole way to go. Anyways. I'm treated unfairly. I ask to move to another position a bunch of times. New people come in and they teach them everything. I'm always on the same spot. I feel like quitting but what will that help. All they would do is laugh at me. My manager when people quit or get fired laughs and says badwords. They try to make me feel like I'm worth nothing. I don't wanna talk to a lawyer not that I don't want to but the fact that if I do it will take a long process to investigate in which I don't like. The people I work with they are like criminals like in gangs or something and are treated better. They don't want me to sweep and go in the back to talk to my friend otherwise I'll get written up to where I get fired. They want me to be alone with no one to talk to.

    • @arturosalgado2343
      @arturosalgado2343 ปีที่แล้ว

@@hayzinnaing3795 your best choice is to talk them and see why they treat you bad. Talk to them kindly. If that doesn't work. You can always try talking with the bigger boss. I did that and I mean they still look at me in a bad face like always but at least they don't treat me differently no more. They don't go near me and laugh at me. Maybe behind my back yes but at least I feel now more confident as in chill. The other times they did laughed at me and stuff but now since I spoke to the bigger boss. They never made fun of me. It's not a snitch I mean if you like what you do at your job. Then you are willing to keep your job by speaking up. A close mouth won't be good for you if you are being treated unfairly if your always at the same spot and frustrated. You will always be their if you don't speak up. It's like stop bullying prevention. Speak up. Otherwise you'll be always a target and would be stuck with that. Sure they can call you a snitch behind your back but you know what you did was right.

They keep using some internal wage rule to tell me why they keep going down in my salary however it seems to only be affecting me. Not to mention I do good work and mind my own business, but everything a manager gives me half ass instructions, he gets funky with me for doing exactly what he asked. Not to mention these people are country bumpkins who seem racist. I get excluded from group building activities. Important meetings are scheduled so that I’ll be left out. I wish it was easier to just find a better job

Hi! I love your informative videos. Thank you very much! I work in Information Technology. My salary hasn't decreased. I just received a 4% raise. Altogether, I feel very much mistreated and discriminated against at my job. Being with my company for 5 years, we switched our contract a year ago. The company seem to now hire mostly inexperienced males, paying them low wages or whatever they feel fit. Several of the new employees or good friends are related by blood to management. I'm near 50 years old and have worked extremely hard to move the company forward. I'm beyond numb because they just sent a mass email of the company's new transition. In the email, they announced all the newly hired employees, promotions, and department changes. In the email, I noticed they mentioned my name in a sentence congratulating a new employee/my new teammate. The department and title they mentioned her in with my name included is waaay beneath my job title. I came in as a software developer, and they put me under the title of client support. I was in shock and very much hurt. I immediately went to my supervisor's office in a professional manner to get answers, and he turned me away by stating, "it's just a title." I emailed the project manager and director, and they both totally ignored my emails. I also called HR. HR explained my job title coming in and still listed as 'software developer'. All the new employees are addressing me by the new title of customer support, as being labeled in the email. Every day, I walk in that place humiliated. Most of the employees there know I work extremely hard... It's very embarrassing and humiliating. Now, I'm noticing my supervisor is quietly moving my duties around. I'm pretty sure they are trying to save money, but I can't believe they would go this far to achieve whatever they are trying to achieve. They are totally ignoring me. I feel they are trying to make me resign or demote me...If so, I I feel they are going about it the wrong way. I'm job searching now because I feel like I've been used, lowballed, disrespected and mistreated. Do you have any constructive advice for me. I'm totally losing sleep over this.
