Too be honest, that is a very fair review of the Lego set. I'm a Space Lego Set collecter... And this is the first time I'm building a technic set. I can see why not many people would like this set as technic set, but at the same time I couldn't pass it up as a space collector knowing that it is a pretty darn good replica of the LRV. So I took the jump to buy it, like all Space collection sets, the amount of stickers is no joke... But I'm glad for the tire covers which is like main display is printed on them not stickers. Building this set, definitely reminds me of my middle school days of building LEGO Robotics club. Invoked a childhood memory
I've already built the Mars Perseverance Rover for my Lego NASA/Space sets, along with the Mars VTOL dropship. Both are a bit more 'pure' technic sets as there's little to no Lego system pieces, but I can fully recommend them for your collection if you enjoyed this LRV set.
idk and i understand that this is just the design but it just feels so incomplete, feels like im just buying the chassis of a car. I feel like its too exposed, i dont feel the same for the real one cause i cant see the individual pins and parts that make up the car so ig thats why this model feels super unfinished, i think some brick built details hiding the blue pins and pin holes could have been nice imo.
I might be late to the party but… In opinion sets which are labeled 18+ should NOT have a rainbow of colors when it comes to connecting pins, axles etc. I understand that Lego wants to appeal to wide range of audience if you may but 18+ sets need to be excluded from that philosophy. I want those sets to be as”clean looking” as possible.
Haven't built my copy yet. After watching your review, feeling even better about my purchase. Thanks!
Awesome! I actually really enjoyed the set. I think you will like it.

It folds up like the actual rover I’m sold
Thanks again for a great review. I do like the set but was uncertain. I noticed there are great huge discounts. So I will get it

Anyone know if the space astronaut (31152 Creator 3-in-1) fir in the seat?
Good question! I’m not sure one that one. It does look like the size might work.

I am suprised lego feels comfortable with including the american flag
That actually surprised me a bit as well.

Clark Ruth Hall Betty Young Brian
it's really boring
I think it’s sadly overpriced.
I get it. This one is not going to be for everyone.
