Mines a 20ltr and it'll take enough to last me a week of fresh produce, I tend to put pre prepared frozen dinners in it at the start of the week and it doesn't run at all for 2 days as the frozen items defrost they keep it cold inside just like a cool box so it's even more power efficient 👍
that's what we do for camping. use a cooler with frozen water bottles for storing foods. I was looking for a reliable small freezer to rotate just the bottles in/out in order to extend our number of camp days. this looks like a good unit.
Saw a review on this one by a trucker who tried many units. He loves his. Mine arrives tomorrow 🎉. Thank u for posting this even though I already ordered mine. This is awesome
Looks like a nice smaller freezer that one can use to supplement a fridge that you have already but want to freeze some goods like ice cream. Maybe use this at the same time for the frozen goods. Looks nice.
Had this in my amazon van list for a while now still don't have the van but have pretty much everything else xD jackery / all powers plus solar panels , camping lights , rolled up small matrress , just need to save for the van!
Amazing mate glad I could help. This fridge won’t disappoint, I’ve ran it all night last night whilst away and the EcoFlow powered it through well into the next afternoon before I plugged solar in.
Nice 👍 I have the Alpicool K20 I think it is ? Had It 4 years running constantly from my solar/battery system, no issues at all, IIRC you can use it on an angle (it says the angle in my user manual) 🤔 which is handy, I did use it in the house for a year and it did get a bit noisier after a few weeks use but then settled in and hasn't got noisier since ?
Ahh nice mate. I’ll need to check that one out. Yeah I’m still new to the small fridge in the van caper 😂. Was treating it like a house fridge can’t move it n stuff then remembered it’s in a van 😂
@RobnDob I did have a house fridge before I got the Alpicool, I used the fridges inbuilt thermostat to switch the inverter on and off the powerd it but it was way too big even for my ambulance 😁
Had me rolling from the get-go about that Rolf Harris gaffe! 🤭😂🤣 What followed was your usual highly thorough descripto review of that cooler. A mate had a bigger one (F**k off! 🤔🤣) that ran off the standard cig lighter. I've seen the Bluetti's on sale. Adam from Marfoogle News has been pushing these American military grade modular units - look good on "paper" but don't think they're available in the UK!? He's more concerned about chips being turned off remotely by the CCP!!! 🤷♀ Anyway, looking forward to that NC500 shot! Take care meantime . . . JL
@@fitnessguruandypersonaltra4106 hey thanks. Yeah it can run down to -20 degrees. I keep it roughly between 1 and 3 degrees and cans are nice and chilled.
Can you tell it’s my first compressor fridge? 😂 i was a bit excited on this one. What size of fridge are you guys rocking?

@@Dirt-Diggler see I like that. That’s gave me an idea for doing the nc500. Cheers mate.
battery protection settings change the amount you allow your battery to drain down to.
good review! Thank you.
@@donoimdono2702 you’re very welcome 😊
I plan to use the C9 to freeze water bottles for my ice chest. As long as my ice can last 2-3 days I'm ok.

@@donoimdono2702 nice way to keep stuff chilled for longer without using more power 👍

@@rosewidener1238 awesome you’ll love it 😊
Great video, just bought this. Looks ideal for our needs in our micro camper! :D
Thank you. Let me know how you get on with it, it’s been fantastic for mine.
@@RobnDob will do. We would have liked bigger but we have one space for it and it's tiny 🤣
@@bethanandmatt I was the same. I’ve gotten used to it now as I think your needs just adapt

In honesty I was the same. I had a lot of stuff wishlisted and it made it so much easier when I eventually got the van.
Definitely will be getting one of these I’ve just got a ecoflow as recommended by you and very impressed 👍
