    Quality shirt, that. Thanks for talking about this mate - think you hit the nail on the head when you said you were suffering from the symptoms without even knowing what OCD was. Sometimes knowing what the issue is, and therefore how to get help for it, is the hardest part of the whole thing.

    Yes I have save avoidances not going out from house. I can not meet people social isolation. Getting misunderstood by people. Not able to decide without reassurances full of doubts.

      Hey Mess - you can change this! Put yourself in some shame attacking situations where you'd feel embarrassed! You can do it!

    I didn't know it was ocd either thought I was wired All wrong and I avoided big time

      Very common! When I initially discovered OCD and reached out for help, it felt like a huge weight off my shoulders.

    Pocd for me it’s the staring I do it’s as if I can’t control it then that triggers the fear in my believes then I do wear I stop looking at anyone

      Making sure you're still looking people in the eyes is key!
