Anghel Iordanescu - Romania Football team manager(trainer) is a general.
Lu Li's double tuck dismount it's one of the most beautiful, perfectly performed I've seen. Knees and ankles glued together, toes pointed, high chest and stuck landing!

The coaches know that a crowd might be loud, it’s up to them to train their athletes to block out that noise and go on training and muscle memory. The only people to blame- were the COACHES. You think that Atlanta crowd was loud? Try going to the Olympic stadium and watching track and field, the noise is deafening. The athletes are so well trained in what they are doing they don’t even notice it.
If I were Kim I would’ve thrown the whip + Double Layout on floor as the first pass. She had nothing to lose at that point and I feel like she would have had a better routine with it.

I'm Black and live in this country so I quite naturally consider Simone Biles a Hero of mine the trills of her success gives me an euphoric feeling as if I achieved some of the incredible things she does yet seeing this video of Lavinia first off the bat I felt the same of the exact what you said.I always rooted wanted to see the Romanians do well in gymnastics for one as well in other events they participate in .It has been awhile seeing a Romanian stand on the podium which reflects on just how great of a coach/trainer Bella is taking nothing away from the Romanian trainers another year or two the Romanians will be back up top .Seeing Lavinia doing breath takings I m not sure but I believe she did something that been out law because I never seen it again now the Chinese every now and then put you in aw.The Romanian you can say they're down but never count them out they will return.

Shannon was a fighter and crying and making a scene in gymnastics or any sport is frowned upon. He’s not a bad coach however, he was an awesome coach, look what he accomplished with Shannon! She hasn’t said he treated her poorly, don’t think he can be lumped into the gymnastic abuse group

It seemed almost everyone blew their opening tumbling pass that day, and I was marveling at how much mental strength it must take to continue with the routine and sell it to the judges, knowing the medal is lost. Then she finally finished and was in that post-trauma emotional release, and that's when the coach told her to knock it off.

There’s a reason why after these games the judges started being heavily scrutinized- and some were actually suspended for blatant bias (ie, NELLIE KIM!!).

It was in 1992 during the aa competition. He treated her horribly, I hated it.
