Nadia was the best in the world followed by Olga who was trained by Nadias coach. Dont forget Mary Lou Retton. She and Nadia were doing charity events together
@@XHellphyreX "Olga who was trained by Nadias coach"... What!? Don't talk about what you don't know. Korbut's trainer was Renald Knysh. What's more, Olga in 1972 for the first time associated risk with elegance. She was so far ahead of her time, the judges themselves were shocked and saw her exercises as a circus. Nadia was far less of a risk than Korbut in Montreal and benefited as the judges were looking for a gymnast who would end decades of Soviet rule.
Try to see the video "A Move That Changed Gymnastics Forever". Olga was the revolution.
@@anniekarl6149 No call for being rude. Yeah, I made a mistake. Nadias coach also trained Mary Lou Retton. She was the best gymnast ever since at the time she was the only woman to successfully execute certain moves that only the men were able to do. The women did not have the strength required. I believe one was called the Flying Sukahara
