This sounds like what Factory would sound like if the Wastelands were more like a desert, like you know what I mean? There's this fan made town Oasis - if it was mashed together with Factory I could totally see this being the theme of that unified town.
Hello. Have you showed this to HoTA-crew? They'll have other theme, because Docent Picolan had own opinion about this. But he passed in car accident on 7th November. And now original Heroes composer - Paul Romero works on it. But it'd fit for Cathedral, one of possible future factions.
In my opinion, it sounds way better than the official version, because it's more pompous than what we've got. It doesn't exactly fit to other towns themes in terms of general pace or instruments, but it fits way better than the current version, which is quite honestly too ambient and not too inspired.
