I have a white A Spec Tech Integra. I love the car! This comparison is not apples to apples. These cars are marketed to two different segments. Let’s all be happy with whatever we drive❤
I bought my 2024 ITS (Integra Type S) in Tiger Eye Pearl from that dealership. Good experience and the service dept as well. Say what they want about that car. It's a rush to drive every time, and people love it. Someone yesterday dropped their tinted passenger window to get a better look . Now that color is history. I'm older and I'm keeping it nice and stock for some lucky tuner to buy someday. Edit: rear seats pbbbbbht. Who needs passengers? I keep the rear seats folded down all the time.
Very cool. I enjoy this kind of look at things. Slightly off center. My wish comparison is this Integra with a CVT and a Civic sport touring hatchback with a CVT. I would do it but dealerships can be a issue.
@@PowerTom_kyle But they do not sell anymore. The advantages they used to have are gone. Driving a MT car in a big city on city streets is a nightmare. I drove MT cars for over 40 years and sometimes miss shifting but I do not miss the clutch.
@@williammaddox3339 that’s irrelevant. Make it an up charge, just like when you paid extra for the automatic transmission. I’ll happily pay. Manuals are just better.
I'm team TLX though it doesn't look like this model is going to stick around for long due to slow sales and limited production. Get a used one at a bargain.
Not a fair comparison as the TLX is ASpec Tech and the Tech package on Integra not mentioned. All the shortcomings he points out are in the Integra ASpec Tech package
Great video, too bad there is no TLX manual transmission. They really should make the same interior of the integra as the TLX. The integra interior is exactly the same as the civic hatchback.
@@VagabondBuilds No the *integra actually has more space* according to the measurements. It doesnt even make sense to me with the tlx being the longer ca,r but according to the measurements the Integra has 37.4 inches of rear legroom, while the TLX has 34.9 inches, and the Integra has 36.4 inches of rear legroom, while the TLX has 36.3 inches. The integra even has more cargo space. I don't know why he is saying it has less room when it doesn't
TLX bro the integra in person is actually very small and garbage in person to where there is no heated seat or usb options follow by it having no air vents to the second row of the integra followed by how this is just a replica of the 2022 civic or the 2023 accord ex or lx. But the TLX provides very comfortable and chill design in the vehicle where there is 2 usbs in both rows and has a larger digital system and has bigger storage in the 1st row and in the trunk. So, I prefer the TLX since it has more space power and luxury options
My wife has the integra aspec, it has heated seats and USB (you are right about nothing in the rear)with wireless charging. It has a ton of storage since it's a lift back. It does have adjustable suspension that isn't available on the civic including the si. Overall, a great car
@@glasscockpitf35 I mean both vehicles are good but in comparison I prefer the Acura TLX because its supports a lot better than an integra since it's a replica of the Civic Type R and after all the TLX has a larger cargo and storage more usbs outlets and more comfort for your passengers but the Integra your Wife has is a great car and all I but if you are going for a big sedan I prefer an Acura TLX.
1 can't be better or 1 can't be worse as it depends what is being compared. I have New Integra and got my son TLX. He is 6ft 5in and fits in both front seat, but more comfortable in Integra rear...question is why? Answer includes TLX rear suspension is big reason which is SH-AWD but more mechanical than other manufacturers. Etc. This is like comparing your mom and your wife or girlfriend who are both females, both cook, both talk, both might like same foods, etc...but everything you do with your wife you should even think to do with your mom....I know i lost some people who are still scratching their heads thinking...like what?
Ehh. I’m a Honda fan but, unfortunately, neither 😣 *sigh in disappointment*. TLX are beautiful but for 51k I’ll personally choose the G70 2.5T. Proven to be reliable & so much money for the car. I will say the suspension, audio, ambient lighting are great on the TLX but it’s just under powered. Integra’s are literally a luxury version of the civic. Exact drivetrain & interior.. yikes. I do like the hatch batch but Honda also still offers that too. No type of differentiation between the two.
What's up with these childish notions of "sporty" and "aggressive" in terms of design/styling? As many flaws as S. Jobs had he did say a fitting argument at the original iPhone's presentation, something along lines of: "Treat/think of your customers as smart/intelligent." Wish car manufacturers would focus more on timeless, balanced design of their cars, not what's hot for the season. It's just.. sad. Integra>TLX
Brought my 2024 a-spec all black red interior in jan!!! Love my car i upgraded the wheels to black. Gotta sell my gray ones….this car can go too def better then the ES250 awd or ES 350 FWD in terms of style and interior
And also the space in the rear, the integra actually has more space in the rear than the tlx though the tlx is bigger sedan on the outside. The Integra has 37.4 inches of rear legroom, while the TLX has 34.9 inches, and the Integra has 36.4 inches of rear legroom, while the TLX has 36.3 inches. Though the headroom is basically identical, your passengers in the backseat would rather not have their knees hugging your seat
@@VagabondBuilds absolutely not. Acura used to sell over 60,000 TLs. They barely sell 30,000 Integras. That’s even less than the old TSX. Sales were down 45% last month and 22% for the year and it’s a cheap 30k car you can lease for cheap.
That's a different time, in the past sedans were more in demand. Now most people prefer crossovers. Also, since acura is updating is manufacturing facilities there are less currently being made. Supply and demand is very different today.
I do think if acura kept working on it's hybrid motors, it would be selling a lot more. Especially if they introduced performance hybrids for the type s models.
Some people eat crabs 🦀 which is full of its own shit and people eat their shit. Likewise you are full of shit even coming out your mouth and only people that love eating shit would agree with you without context. The price of Acura is premium price for premium products. A huge factor is it's built in America for Americans built by Americans which labour cost is very high with less quality as the are backed by unions which are like pigs in book animal farm. Another factor is high standards from suppliers which costs more to make them right unlike some manufacturers buy parts Honda/Acura refuse to not meet standards. Another is why would Accord and TLX with more cost same make sense like some Toyota/Lexus?????? But, I understand you may not understand most of what I'm saying because you're still walking side ways.

Thanks for sharing… we didn’t really want to focus on apples to apples but just overall showing the two vehicles.
Great comparison review. I love that red and black interior of the TLX.
Awesome . Good preference! Glad we can help you out.
I hate a red seat interior. Too much red!
With an expensive price, one should have an option of the color of interior.... : red is simply a turn-off

Yes…. Getting the cars over is to each dealer is the hard part…
It’s insane Acura refuses to offer the TLX in a manual transmission.
I thought about that. It would be awesome
For all 12 people who would buy one, especially in this day and age when AT cars are faster and get better gas mileage??

Oh! Thanks for the heads up!
Next time please offer driving video and impressions.
Sorry, we don’t drive them unfortunately. Hopefully we have the possibility in the future.
The tech package adds a lot to the Integra A Spec. That would compare better to this TLX.
We understand. Just wanted to show both sedans from Acura.
