The scroll wheel on my 720M never worked and I had to ditch it. But I do love my 920H headphones.

My 920h headset has not worked properly since day 1. Constant disconnects/reconnects using dongle. Firmware has been updated. Bluetooth mode effects sound quality drastically. No one wanted this headset to be great more than me but unfortunately it just is not. After doing research this is an issue many other owners have and has not been resolved.
Very happy with my Alienware laptop, but unfortunately this headset was quite literally a waste of hard earned money.
How is it now? I bought it last week for my aw R15 pc and its working flawlessly via 2.4ghz dongle but its only been a week
I just got the headset yesterday and it is having the same issues you are describing. I can't even update the firmware as it always immediately fails and gives me error code: -1 This is really sad because these are super comfortable and sound great when they are connected physically, but wireless is just not working.

You need MacOS support on your software. Seriously.
The number of gaming mice with USB-C dongles is slim… the MacBook Pro doesn’t come with any USB-A ports so this is huge. Adapters make it unreasonably long to plug it in. This mouse is compact with huge battery life and would be great for working professionals who want to game on the side. I know MacOS gaming isn’t a huge market but I think if you had native MacOS support a lot more people would pick this up. It doesn’t scream GAMER when you look at it so it’s kind of perfect for a lot of us in that situation.
Plus, that Lunar Light goes very well with silver MacBooks.

I have both items, their quality are nice. recommended.
Just got this headset, plugged it in to charge, then in AWCC it said battery was 100%, so i unplugged it and it depleated FAST, last I looked it was at 78%, then a minute later it said battery critically low, so i turned it off and plugged in it, it's been charging up since but in AWCC it still shows the lightning bolt for charging but reads 0% :-/

No magnetic dongle for the headset(I don't think?) but so far I really like it. I have the aw trimode keyboard and mouse also so I got the headset to complete the set/look. I think the audio is ok but it is def not ground breaking. Also don't understand how the touch controls on the headset work
man 720 headset really hard to find
its possible to trade the battery or how can a buy a new battery for my headset? my batteries just works fo 1 or 2 hours

I recently bought the 920H headset. Worked great the first couple of days. Now, it wont hold charge. Battery lasts about 2 hours. I don't undertsnad what happened. I am so disappointed because I do love my Alienware laptop and mouse. These headphones are ruining the whole experience.

you should kwnow that the MIC SUCKS from the AW920H dont use it. I know I have it now almost a year....
How do I turn the volume up and down!? Lol
You can use 2 fingers on the right earcup, swipe up or down to adjust the audio. Or you can adjust it on your PC using the volume slider in your system settings.

How can I connect it to my Xbox series x
You can choose to plug in the dongle to connect it wirelessly, attempt a bluetooth connection, or connect directly via 3.5mm jack or USB.

the problem is the headset hurts my ears, the cups are comfortable but the speaker grill inside rubs my ears.
Aw720m It has poor switch sensitivity. Sometimes the click fails.

I like the headset but I can’t ever get the mic to work on fortnite. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.

@@AlienwareChannel yap.. I have all alienware set up.. The same thing happens it scratches the noise what I did is to restart the headset.. Overall nice voice chat and sound
My son was taking his headphones off in the post come out of the right cup. We got these 5 months ago when we bought the Alienware Aurora R15, the keyboard, mouse, and the headset. Right off the bat I can see there's a bunch of broken and melted wires. I took off the ear cup pad and remove the three Phillips screws and it looks like they had the post screwed and glued and it come apart. The wires are super fine and will be hard to solder and repair. All together I'm counting in five that are broken it looks like they got hot and melted. I disconnected the for safety so we don't have a fire. I can buy another pair for $129 and see what I can do to repair this one. Might still be under warranty.
The mouse is too heavy and the headset earcups fall off. Had 2 pairs break already also the low battery messages! Save your money
The previous mouse was way better looking.
