    94 projects were affected in CRZ, 79 projects of Dronagiri and 15 projects of ulwe
    Now out of 79 there are 54 to 55 projects got OC which were in CRZ-2, NOW only 24 to 27 projects are WAITING OC which are in CRZ-1A WHICH is already cleared by MCZMA In 4th June 2024 meeting held and updated on website of MCZMA

    I purchased 1bhk in 2014 at rs 23.75 lacs but due to govt policy, then covid and delayed infrastructure growth of property rate doesn't happened there, only deveoper making money there by showing dreams. It's taking too much time to grow real estate market

      If I may, 2014 was way too early for Dronagiri. But I am assuming it must have given 5% CAGR. However 23.45 was a very high price that you paid unless it's a gated community with all the amenities. I usually don't suggest investing in flats because the rental yield is about 2% and appreciation is 5% unless it's a growing market. Dronagiri may foresee the spike post the airport gets operational.
