Bro but the prob is if you remove your charger its automatically shut down and while charging it jst stuck in one point such as 29 , 30 percent what is the solution for this...

I have tried all of these tips and tricks: taking out the battery, doing a hard reset, draining the battery, updating the drivers, disabling the drivers, updating the bios. Sometimes you just have to do a hard reset on your pc and wipe all your apps and files before fixing the problem. This last thing is the only thing that worked for me.

I don’t understand why but it worked. My Dell didn’t have a clip in battery so had to take the back off but the principal was the same. Thanks for the video!

I took apart the plug on the power adapter ( the plug that goes into the back of the laptop) and re soldered the three wires . It worked!

I have Dell Latitude e7240 Ultra Book. This Laptop Also run single Battery or single Ac Adapter or both are. But when Windows Run he Give massage Plug in But sowing battery condition is not charging I mean (Battery Percentage is no incise or decries ). I also check genuine adapter and Adapter jack which connect in Motherboard. But Cannot solution this problem.
also noted every time when power on he gives adapter watt related warning.
Now what should I do...……………………..
Please give me some advice.
If possible mention what is the problem.

But only works once.... if you disconnect the AC adapter and plug it again the problem returns, at least that was my case on a Latitude D620... :(

I have dell vostro 15 and inspiron 3000 series both has same issue , if i leave the laptop for15 minutes without using. I have to remove the battery and power adapter ,press and hold power button for few seconds and put back the battery with out power adapter. The laptop boots twice and the dell logo will be visible on the second boot followed by CMOS battery error with date correction error is popped out. Can i get help on this.
Cant say its battery issue or cmos issue or power adapter issue please help me .

The AC power adapter wattage and type cannot be determined. The battery may not charge. The system will adjust the perf ormance to match the power available. Please connect a Dell 90 H AC adapter or greater for the best system performance. Strike the F3 key (before F1 or F2 key) if you do not want to see power warning message again. Strike the F1 key to continue, F2 to run the setup utility
