I have a dell vostro 15 3000 and the battery does not charge with 2 different chargers which used to work. Unfortunately the battery shows only 7% charge which struggles to run the computer so i am not able to do any checks. Do you have any solutions?

It’s either the battery of faulty charger which is not supplying enough voltage If these two don’t work you need to have the charging connection replaced which does not Pass the charge to battery this is very common in older machines Is your charger entry in good shape means not loose or struggling to make contact with charger pin ?

I have replaced my laptop battery and light is continuously blinking from orange to white.
try to open your laptop and take out the ram and put it back in and clean it a bit, i had the same problem and came across a video and it fixed it

@@bsgtechi The Charger is good as a bought new an same Laptop and the old charger in the new Laptop works fine
Same problem i just newly replace my battery then this problem came up charging but not increasing the number of charge stay in 1%😔
