As someone who grew up in LA I’ve always seen celebrities around since I was a little kid & was always taught leave them alone. They are eating at a restaurant with friends. Leave them alone. I remember my mom worked on a lot in the industry of tv/ movies & a few times I’d be like omg mom that’s my favorite actor or actress & she’s be like don’t bother them they are here to work. Only one time my mom allowed it cuz Selena Gomez was on a movie she was working on & she was going around talking to ppl during a lunch break & we started talking & I was like 9 years old & she said “do u want a photo” & I was so happy & it was an amazing experience for me but also I was taught don’t bother ppl they are human beings too & when selena was on break she was basically offering like several people on set photos but it wasn’t like anyone was harassing her or something because other times during her break she just wanted to eat & when she wanted to just be alone you could tell & people wouldn’t bother her But that was like the only exception my mom allowed cus I remember going to the market & seeing the cast of pretty little liars & I was like “omg mom look” & she was like stop it don’t point at them they wanna be left alone they are going shooping just like me & you and I’m glad my mom taught me that lesson but I’ve seen people in LA that are like non locals. I’ve been in a popular restaurant in LA before seeing a few celebrities but everyone is just kinda ignoring them not bothering them but once one person goes up & ask them for photos it opens the flood gates I’ve seen these ppl just eating & relaxing wanting to be alone then someone brings attention to them & suddenly the whole restaurant is staring & taking pictures & ive also seen some celebrities that come into a restaurant or something & offer photos etc. it depends on the person but no one should be running up on people & harassing them. At the end of the day it’s hard for celebrities, cuz everyone else goes to work & clocks out. Celebrities go to work & are expected to be “working” when they go out anywhere like if they go to the grocery store they are expected to take photos or be nice to strangers coming up to them nonstop. It must be awful. We all get to clock out of our job but their job basically follows them around everywhere. No wonder so many have issues with burnt out. I’m happy Chappell is talking about such an unspoken issue in the industry & good for her for having boundaries. It’s about time society learns to change this weird behavior were people treat celebrities like they aren’t human beings
Once again, the worst footage of everything is on TH-cam shorts. TikTok had this from every angle. Google needs to disband. It is the wotst of everything.
she pulls from them 😊 not copy stfu and realize it’s CHAPPELLS style and brand not anyone else’s and lady gaga has said she loves chappell so stay mad 🥳
An artist coming out of an object was not invented by Lady Gaga. Katy Perry came out of a toilet during her Vegas residency. The actresses playing Matilda came out of a giant Tony during the 2013 Tony opening. Strippers coming out of giant cakes is a trope. It's not even a reference, it's literally just a thing to do.
chappell in an apple
chapple 😸
apple roan real not fake

Okay, she's an icon. It's official!
Nah, she’s just a tool to indoctrinate/warp young minds. She’s in league with Satan, years from now she will be repenting but it will be too late.
My mom adores Chappel Roan. She was over the moon to see this performance and my mom is 67.
Your mom sounds cool. She has great taste in music, IMO.
The paint melting out of her armpits was honestly iconic
That's how you know it's couture.
I didn’t see that
why tf are you even looking at her armpits omg😭😭💀💀
@@volcaeri Because they’re a different color than the rest of her painted body and it stood out? Lol you’re the one making it weird
I WAS THERE IT WAS INCREDIBLE
LUCKY
Appel Roan
why is she even so hot when shes painted green
even hotter
For generations raised on Star Trek, it makes it even *more likely*
Shes just so cool ❤
this is for anyone who thinks she is NOT a drag queen
She is
@@reyesramireziansebastian8918she’s a singer
@@L1xlie_slay and a drag queen, both terms aren't mutually exclusive
She’s a legend she’s an icon and she is the moment
NOW C'MON NOW!
she is STUNNING
Would've been fun if somebody painted her mic to look like the torch of liberty😅
She was wearing some “Chap” ell roans
Well done.
Blonde lady looks like she hates her job lol

I’m so glad this generation is experimenting what Lady Gaga served us more than 10 years ago.
apple bong
MOTHERRRR
Okay but why did I think that was Jake Webber and Tara yummy in the fucking wings 😭🤣💀
everything she is and does screams icon
I'm glad she happened, the artists lately are not this iconic, I believe Gaga was the last OMG and now Chappelle Roan 🎉
She's coming for Taylor's job
They can coexist you know😊 (PS Chappell loves Taylor soooo, stop being so bitter)
Hell no - - there's so much room for both / all.
The beginning sounds like lady gaga in the fame era
I'm in love
Are those broccoli
Weed
Chappell casually smoking in an apple looking very dapper in green (I tried to rhyme)
What is this song at the beginning?
it's the intro to
Femininomenon :D
iconic
why is this video 10 minutes long?
It’s not?

Sorry but the Statue of Liberty coming out of an apple…? Like wtf haha
Where is the Statue of Liberty located…?
Hey sweetie. You realize the gov ball is in NY, right?

Can’t believe you guys filmed this without asking her 😒 (joking, sarcasm, haha)

I totally believe it. They also need to be held accountable for their shit-take algorithm patterns
its not googles fault people dont know how to record properly..
Sure...
It's useful if you're looking for specific moments like this and don't want to be scanning through a longer video to find it
I watched the Lollapalooza set, i dont get the hype but its for young people
I thought she was a worm
Who???
chappell roan!!
She tries to be Gaga so bad lol
I like some of her songs but girl,,, that was cringe
And put the ass away lmfao
She’s copying lady gaga so much. Like the apple and the egg?
she pulls from them 😊 not copy stfu and realize it’s CHAPPELLS style and brand not anyone else’s and lady gaga has said she loves chappell so stay mad 🥳
i think i must be missing when gaga painted her self to be the statue of liberty ? just bc two artists are campy doesn’t mean ones copying.
She’s goes way back before Gaga . Copying? No. Not at all .Influenced by…maybe.
being inspired by someone isn’t copying. and just because someone does something doesn’t mean nothing similar can ever be done again 😂
