You could also go for a 2060 it might cost like extra 10 or 20 dollars but it comes with dlss and better nvec and they are the same in terms of performance

The GTX 1080 TI is actually about on par with the rtx 4060which goes for 2-3x the price of the 1080 ti on the used market with less vram
For a few bucks more the 1080ti is a waaaay better deal.
