They don't care about what the competitive scene says about Smash as long as the majority of casuals are not complaining or able to pull off this tech they will not update the game
you can do a grounded footstool on Donkey Kong off a platform push-off. Removes his ability to tech or act in any capacity, letting you do true grounded footstool punishes. (if you footstool him RIGHT as he lands, it skips the tech scenario and has him in a grounded normal state or somethin, very odd)

The ROB d tilt thing is just DI dependent, I have been doing that since the game came out. I think most robs have. What I go for is dtilt>trip>side b.
