Taxpayers dig even deeper for lavish ministerial perks

On Sunday, President Cyril Ramaphosa announced his much-anticipated cabinet.
It boasts 77 ministers and their deputies.
It's the largest in democratic South Africa.
And this means taxpayers will have to dig even deeper into their
pockets to foot the bill of the lavish ministerial perks.
