The spinning I know of is spinning classes in a gym on a bicycle. That if offered for free and encouraged in SA would be so good for SA. We are suffering from a high staticial fact that people in SA are over weight and unhealthy with eating greasy take away foods. Hence high rate of certain diseases eg heart.❤ I'm now realizing spinning is also some form of vamped up car racing on a track?? That's not going to uplift the majority of poor disadvantaged people. Rather encourage soccer more to the benefit of the majority. So many talented young soccer players in townships who just never get noticed because they can't afford a pair or 2 of soccer boots during their schooling years or a few hundred rand per annulus at an after school soccer club. Promote youth soccer and development there of buying soccer boots instead of watching a vamped up exhaust polluting car zoom around a track for the elite few who can afford such cars. Those elite few can afford to promote and market themselves.
