800 g boiled potatoes
250 g spinach
150 g blue cheese
750 ml milk | 3 ¼ cups
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp mustard
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
¼ tsp nutmeg
50 g parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper
