I'm also thinking it would be nice to create a kind of leaf, seed and berry library with examples of different ideas to have on hand for ideas when I want to paint. It would be good practise as well as being useful :)
Also I am a new painter and would like some basics. How to mix paint with the water, brush sizes, how to create a color palette, brush strokes, what to expect when you push hard on a brush ect….

This is absolutely beautiful! I have recently found you and you have inspired me to have far more patience when I am painting and to prepare and plan more. I am definitely going to buy your book. Also, I find it so difficult to paint the little stems as my hand invariably shakes or I press down too hard on my brush so they end up looking thick and clumsy instead of delicate like yours - have you any tips to help with this please?
Hi Sue, thanks so much for your lovely message. I think a shaky hand is best sorted out by doing some practice brush strokes and basically warming up your painting before you get going on the main piece.
I’m trying to paint every day to better myself..but I have a hard time seeing. Is there anyway you could get closer on some of your videos? As always love your videos

Very beautiful! Just a question: can one turn the paper to avoid sticking one's hand in the painting?
Yes of course, I just didn’t because I wanted to make sure you could see everything for filming
My brushes don't stay wet like hers. I feel like everything dries before I can add any color to blend or detailing. I never know what brushes to get.

Hi sue, very good point. When filming I try to keep the paper straight for you all but in newer tutorials I’ve started to turn the paper!
