I did this workout this morning along with a stair master for cardio, this workout got me waddling like an old man. Thank God the gym had an elevator because I wasn’t gonna make it down those stairs😆🤣💯

Oouuu had me shook with tip toes lol.....I just started my workout on weights I had too I went straight for weights my body has muscle fatness and I told my self I ai t touching weight into I lose my fatness but I found out it all turns to muscle and honestly I'm good I ain't trying lose no more fatness ain't trying be thrown like a stick lol and end up like the fighters canelo beats broken shoulder eye socket ribs etc etc lol

@@aegisstari1494 got you I Prefer barbell squats over both but smith machine squats are not a natural movement and is not good on your back. Try dumbbell squats and see what you think
Goblet squats drawbacks is that the limiting factor is your arms not your legs. Better alternate would be pit of dumbells front racked balanced by on shoulders, so that the limiting factor will actually more likely be your legs rather than your arms.

I was just doing these tonight with 35lbs weight. Trying to cut down my cardio and focus on strength training more 🙌🏾💯
Yeah I do cardio 3-4 times a week...it’s always good to do both some days sometimes I do cardio as a warm down
when you do a squat make your butt as far down as it can go for full gains

I cant ever stay consistent with legs always get a knee injury that keeps me away for months at a time
Do not be fooled, this is NOT a quick workout. Very effective and very intense but do not rush through it
