Awesome content as always, can't wait for that charge character video! I know it's not a priority, but I'd love a more in-depth breakdown on how to do Guile's swaggy Level 2 super combos. It seems like the Sonic Breaks require special timings to make them combo consistently but it is never mentioned in any combo videos that I have seen regarding them.
Never knew this about charge. I think l may have seen this done a few times by the pros, but never paid it any attention. Wow. Very exciting stuff. Thank you so much. I will practice this. You guys are awesome with this channel and the content you bring to the table.
it worked like this in V as well. Its how people used Gief. They'd do near an entire 360, micro walk, then hit the last direction needed for the SPD. It's actually pretty cool and not very hard to pull off. The down charge moves, especially Guile's light combos, are much tougher to pull of because you don't have a lot of time to charge and cancel the move.
I wish i could send a picture of my input and someone tell me what am i doing wrong that the 3 lights of chun are not camcelling for me to sbk please someone help me If i could send a pic on my inputs
On a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being "it's compulsory to learn this", how important is to be able to combo the Flash Kick from the standing Light Kick with Guile?
I just don't get the standing charge i'll do it 5 times in a row and then just can't get it anymore and i just don't seem to understand what makes it work and what doesn't it doesnt feel any different when i do it wrong or when i do it right please fucking help me
The only thing that matters is how fast you transition from charging to performing the special move. The suggestion I can give you is that letting go of down. to performing the standing attack. to up and the other attack button has to be as fast as possible, because the game only remembers you have charge just for a small amount of time, hope it helps!
It’s the same concept as canceling a light attack into a super. Input the first quarter circle and input the light attack as you’re doing the second one. I’ve done this by accident so many times while mashing 😂
SF is freaking hard! MK1needs to hurry up seriously, I am getting bored of this game, I am not even making any progress it’s like it’s not my type of game
@@suicine2859 Cool, as far I know they have been on the channel together since at least the beginning of SFV. Welcome to the club. All of them are cool if you ask me, but the best one is Vesper's bro (who is a casual who Vesper trained up in SFV).
Bro I was like how tf do they cancel so quickly! Now it all makes sense, thank you

Wow thanks! That's a lot of pizza and pasta
:)
Check out desk combo for guile and you’ll see it
Thanks Mir! I look forward (while holding down+back) to the charge buffering guide!
These videos are very intuitive, keep up the good work Mir/V-Dawg!
I've been doing that Honda stHK buffering into butt slam accidently a few times. Thanks for showing me what I was doing, now I can practice it.
ive been looking for a guide like this since street fighter 6 came out! omgggggg
Been looking for a good charge guide since SF2

Great Video as usual! Thanks for all the helpful tutorials, I didn't even know you could do this (I've never played a charge character).
THANK you so much for this video man been looking for this explanation - i play on mixbox (keyboard directions) so this is extra helpful
Great Video Vesper! Very helpful and informative. Your voice sounds a little different though.
Thanks for the tip, Vesper
oh hell yeah, gonna try this Honda combo today:)
boooo!
maybe you'll feel better if I tell you I couldn't make it work?:)
the charge timing is weird, I don't know how he made the slam come out so fast.
Thanks for the video gonna take some time in the lab to get this because I really like guile but felt like my damage was not good enough off lights
Great video as always, Mir. You did, however, missed the real reason people developed and mastered standing down charge combos in SF2. Style points 😎.
I wish i could send a picture of my input and someone tell me what am i doing wrong that the 3 lights of chun are not camcelling for me to sbk please someone help me
If i could send a pic on my inputs
You've taught me a lot. Thanks!
same here but I only did it once lol I can get the sonic boom but the flash kick is tight as fuck
Thanks for this I thought I needed to switch to pad or hit box to play charge.
We've been doing standing Flash Kicks since World Warrior. 23-ers have never heard of it.
Lol
Gotta hand it to casual/modern focused gamer like NRS that always had simpler inputs
I never did standing flash kicks back then. Too busy doing Guile Handcuffs 😂
@@JuanRamirez-tt7fp On-Nick-Roommmmmm 🤣
It was one of the first things I did when I played SF6 Guile in arcade mode - See which normals could be used for standing somersault, lol
this is great, i only wish you could have a hand cam.
you should put the frame data on the screen to show the knockdown advantage between the options for people that don't know.
I could tell it was a Mir video before clicking cause it was about charging lol
Knew this 18yrs ago, but the FORWARD light kick for Guile (instead of neutral) could help me before FK because I keep getting DI.
Great tutorial! I main Chun so was wondering why Sako can do standing lk to light spinning bird kick. Thanks!
Not sure if it would take up a whole video but I’ve been having a tough time consistently hitting linked normals.
thank for this

I think if you are trying to min max gameplay it’s pretty important. You basically get another punish counter route and a triple light confirm
Hopefully I can get it I wish it was put in slow motion so I could see the inputs easier lol 😅
What song is this? Its a total banger
"Street Fighter 6 OST - Rule and Regulations Extreme Battle Theme"
ty.
You can do this even in the first SFII.
How does it works for Guiles s.MP~s.HP FK combo?
U figure this out? I cant seem to get it
Thanks for making me aware why I will never play a charge character 🤣
I thought everyone knew this but judging from ken after ken after cammy and more cammy....it makes since why
Cannot wait for akuma to drop so that I can main his ass
Vesper do you have a new shampoo? I can barely recognize you in this video

I hope that A.K.I. is not a charge character but I do hope that they change Ed to a charge character.
I'm proud to have accomplished all the Guile's combos without any help.

Why do charge carachters even exist lol
I used to think that till i tried them, feel more natural to me now. Makes me play with purpose.
This is already on the combo trials
Why you hate cammy?😆
That snake is a little bit oversized...
Bruh finally lol
Same shit as Uriens headbutt input on standing strong to headbutt. Nothing special
