If you have one kit module for each elemental force plus the new kit frame, you'll unlock the avatar state and the title bridge between both worlds.
LOL, I also have the same inventory bug! I half considered putting in a ticket but since that accomplishes nothing I've just been ignoring it. Thanks for the updates and take care.
i noticed also when you want to change the engine on a ship from inventory, if u double click it, it doesn't change it disappears, and only to bring it back is to click on the ship installed engine and to choose it from the items inventory and then slide it to your inventory. bugs everywhere and not addressed over the years will be piling and piling

Pay attention? What's that? I operate on robot when it comes to the game, log on, do dailies, do the current event, log off until the next day. Wash, rinse, repeat.

Just realized how much those Mellanoid Worms look like Gummis
220 kit perf does beat out the other Risian kit frame easily, even if the new one itself only has 2x kit perf. Moreover they put emphasis on ANY elemental kit module. I would wager that this means all and not just the Risian ones.
Assemble one of each elemental kit module and become the risian avatar master or mistress of the four elements, hide in a asteroid for 100 years or so and when the multiverse needs you most you vanish... Only for the grand circle of iconia to portal you back in the vovin as a declaration of peace talks.

Was poking around the event store and noticed that last year's Elysian items seem to have disappeared. Am I the only one seeing that?
Those event themed items are only for that event. I was looking for the Andorian items earlier and they are also gone. So it seems they only stick around until the event is over. I hope they come back.

If there was an option, I'd much pefer some sort of token to a ship of my choice rather than some new ship that some players just wouldn't really be all that interested in.
Sure, feature the new ship as a prize option, but offer an alternative selection of ships too such as ships from previous events and so on.

It really is a bummer that "Cold" doesn't count as an element.
I've enjoyed my STO experience so far but the exterior scaling between ships, as in, the visual size comparisons between ships has been disappointingly lacking for many a ship.
I'm sure like many players, they're big fans of the Trek world franchise and while even the shows themselves have at times been guilty of scenes where one ship is scaled either way too big or two small for the dimensions it was actually supposed to have, I feel that in STO getting the external size of the ships we visually look at as seen "parked outside" star bases would be a very easy fix.

I found a bug with the captain alteration token. After using the token, I went to check on my traits, and found that they were all shown in the window. But as I looked closer, I found that while they were shown in the window to the left, many were not marked as active in the list on the right. So you need to double check that, to ensure that all of your traits are indeed active.
Another good round up video. I had actually forgot that the RA had started, so strait back in game to run through that for a few mins. I really wish that they would just announce the stats of new gear/ships when they do the announcements. I fail to see the point in waiting x days to announce them. It's not like they do a Ten Forward Whenever these days, and even when they do the demo of the ships are generally poorly done. Be much better off giving Spencer and co access to the ships for them to do the demo
I have the invisible inventory issue but it’s in one of my characters inventory, try to put something in their main inventory or even draft something…like provisions or stuff like that for a duty officer mission - can’t do it because inventory is full.
Creating space makes it worse.
I was REALLY hoping the new ship have the core if they're making the Obelisk set a 4 piece.
So its coming on july the 2th, I was confused because I had headed ingame to see the event started and yet see no event tab for it, this just saved me some panic time.

The new ground gear sounds very powerful. Unfortunately I don't have any theme builds right now that could utilize it. But I guess we'll see. I have an engineer that uses DOFF'ed Equipment Diagnostics to boost weapon damage, we'll see if the engineering kit module is good for that. And I have another engineer that uses an all electrical theme build. Any idea if "Air" will include electrical?
Help with one of the omega rep. engines help run the tour faster there are three?

Is the R&D event already running? When I open the R&D Box, I don't get the usual extra box.
It's supposed to be, but I don't think they actually turned it on. Only the sale is working.

I just accomplished the event this am, been up since 3:30 am central and getting ready to go to bed since I have to be at work at 6, so is the new torpedoer any good or was the main benefit the 500 lobi
The main benefit is the 500 lobi and epic phoenix token for each character on your account.

@@coloradoing9172 last red alert ran almost a week over, quite a few people wound up getting the tech upgrade twice because of it

Summer event is not part of the year long event campaign. But we shouldn't be too far out from the next event campaign event.

@@CasualSAB You think they'd just make it another 3/3? That would be disappointing, but would match the pattern they seem to have going on event ships, you can have a pretty ship or a powerful one, but not both.

well would be nice if the server performance issues would be mentioned by the devs at any point. the game isnt playable for many ppl at this point. its not just rubberbanding u already play dabo logging in.. if this doesnt change the summer event will be a shitshow for many players
To hell with the modules. This is Star Trek. Not Harry Potter. And this new frame will be nerffed to hell and back. Players need to wise up to Cryptic. For modules. I only rely on the basics. I already noticed there are nerffed. For Craptics own amusement no doubt.
Honestly... All worthless if the game isn't playable because of instable servers this days. I can't even log in now. STO is dying...
no it can be due to their issues, your PC is broken. Follow the Cryptic copy/paste replay any time I have addressed that issue, and ofc the problem is on my side never on theirs, so I should reinstall the game, or look for new graphic drivers, and the other nonsense LOL, never mind that everything else except STO is working perfectly...
