    why did you edit to say to push on the inner bearing rather than the outer ? wouldnt pushing with all that force on the inner damage the internals more so than pushing against the outer solid steel race ?

      OK because of the design of the tool I realized you put the tool completely around the race on the inside and no it wouldn’t cause any damage because you’re pressing against the race and not the internal parts thanks for asking I believe I answered your question

      @@CoopersAutomotiveRepair looks like you pressed against the snap ring and broke the rear of the bearing that caused the snap ring to bite into the magnetic ring on the bearing.

    To much work just buy the knuckle w/ hub attachment…
