I disagree that you should fill out ALL 10 activities. You should do so only if they all are solid and strong. Admission counselor will always know if you put a particular activity just to take space in your application

What if i have done different activities in comparision to the major i am willing to take?
What if i have not done any activity related to my major?
what tense should we use if we are still doing the activity in 12th grade? present or past? I have seen so many people use both and are not consistent
I think you're supoposed to always talk in present tense unless you''re no longer participating in the activity.
