Love this channel. I've been able to handle all the maintenance myself instead of forking over $100/hr for labor at the shop. I finally HAD it after paying $600 to fix a stupid code that popped up after the coolant inverter went bad. I changed the inverter myself, but the code wouldn't disappear. Instead of waiting for me to figure out that I had to disconnect & reconnect the 12volt in the hatchback, my wife took it to Toyota for them to do that for her for $650. I was IRATE, to say the LEAST. I told her, "Nobody is touching this Prius AGAIN... only me!" Now I fix everything myself for 1/10th of what she was paying mechanics to do and I do it all with the help of this channel.
