    I don't blame you for not filming the lower control arm front bushing. I was having an easy time doing all the bushings by hand until I got to that one. It took me 2 hours with a C-clamp, washer, and 2x4 to get the first one in. I'll be borrowing a tool for the second one.

      Yeahhh they are awkward AF getting them out! If they are torn up it’s super easy, but mannn without an impact or press, I wouldn’t even attempt it

      @@TheeCrazyblackmanHell getting them out was a cakewalk compared to getting the new one in - you know the bastard that didn't have a smaller end to make pressing easier. Propane torch made removing the old ones much more doable.

      Didn’t even think about fire, only cause of the smell when drilling the hole was bad enough! But yeah getting them in was…unique 😂the vice was a life saver!

    Great video, good flow, easy to follow. I just did all the bushes on my NA last week. I used the threaded rod and washer technique because my vice is not big enough. I didn't do the Zerks though, my understanding is that the SuperPro with he cross hatching never needs to be greased... guess we'll see. I won't know how I like them until spring, because J swap.

      Much appreciated! I wasn’t sure so I figured why not, but like you said we shall see! Once the alignment gets done and I can drive again we will really see how it feels! Switching everything from NA to NB, not sure what to expect but I’m excited for some change!

    why would you Dremel the edge, would have been some work but it's slides in with the lip, it's ment to be there.

    • @TheeCrazyblackman
      @TheeCrazyblackman  3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      The idea was to use the dremel to create a channel for the grease to flow into but that really only works on the 2 piece bushings to get to the pin, what I should of done is put the bushings in, drilled the hole and then tap it for the full 1 piece

    If you don't drill a hole in the bushing how is the grease gonna get where it needs to be?

    • @TheeCrazyblackman
      @TheeCrazyblackman  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Oh I did, I put them in originally without that, someone commented that same thing on instagram, I completely spaced it and came back to drill the hole so the grease could do just that! Without the hole it’s pointless!

      I actually had to go back and @8:24 I put in a comment on the video about the hole. I had finished the edit before posting the video and my hands were done for so I just wanted it done and didn’t video that process sadly 😅

    So you bought new control arms and they came with bushings installed? I thought if you bought the control arm it wouldn’t already have them.

    • @TheeCrazyblackman

      Yeah the new ones came with bushings. I got them from carparts.com (not sponsored) so if you’re not going poly then you can just throw them in!
