I am just new to it and the default etc. must be causing me an issue. It seems when I play into it, it just keeps going until I tap stop it.. and there is always a big gap between the end of the sound to the bringing of the loop again ........ driving me nuts
I have really gotten "set up" (yet). I have plans but so many things to. make the practice, study and recording area .. What I need is to learn the basic steps in building a loop. I see you were saying we have to put in a length of time (I think it is) and then I need to have my hands on the guitar playing into the start of a recorded section. then figure each of the other tracks. I had (decades ago) worked with a port studio, faders, eqs etc,... and such... DAW sort of confuses me .. too. I have various equipment... AB foot, a G30 looper (not used that yet either) ... a pretty good interface but not hook it up yet. All the effort to setup and record seems so distracting to just playing .. 🙂@@max_yar_guitar
Hi. What if..... I want to have fx on my guitar 'before' I start recording it? Remember the very first time/thing that I play can be heard in the output, and I want some fx on it. How do I do that in Loopy Pro?
1 You may drop the FX plugin on the input channel and turn the monitoring on 2 You may use monitoring through colour channels. Like every color strip should have FX plugins and you just switch monitoring. It's a really complicated chain, but it's possible

Max your tone is so great! Which pickup do you exactly use on your acoustic guitar? :
I use Fishman Rare Earth Mic Blend as my main pickup. Also, I got a second output jack. It’s a simple piezo disk pickup just to capture kick sound :)

You could record sounds from the MIDI instruments inside the Loopy Pro. Check "Destinations" in the mixer
