    My DMT trip: My entire reality, all my senses became a tiny spec on a large hyper-dimensional framework. Then I realized I could still see. In fact, I could see better than ever. I could see in 360 degrees. Then I flew off. I went as far out as I could into infinity. A siren started going off and some red and blue light. They said I can’t go out there. I said “I’ll do what I like.” So I went, but I started losing traction, I started losing consciousness, I couldn’t turn around to go back. I realized “ooops,” I went outside of reality and NOTHING exist out there. I was coming undone. I forgot what reality was. I felt death upon me. I felt myself fading out.
    Then I totally had what could be explained as the weighing of the heart ceremony. I had to feel good about my life. If I felt bad I would be devoured, if I felt good I could return. It was difficult because I was scared I was dying but I remembered from my past acid trips to just feel good. And the good feeling uplifted me and I wasn’t so heavy any more.
    Then a friends voice reminded me I could breath. It didn’t seem real but I did it anyway. I couldn’t tell the difference between breathing in and out. Then I remembered what music was and a song started in my mind. I smoked some weed to reground myself in this reality. Slowly everything began to solidify around me again. I then saw reality through my old eyes of my ancestor, who was still me. Then finally I was back to the present and the song became a song on the radio. The song only has one verse. “Don’t think about all the things you fear, just be glad to be here.” (Hailing by FCKahuna)

      Jeez friend, what a story, hit me in my core, could you tell me further about the weighting of heart part ? Did you feel like if you felt satisfied with the life you lived the game continued ? And that if you felt regrets and sorrow you would have been prived of reincarnation and zipped away out of reality ? What an inspiring trip which resonated with what i dreamt in my subconscious and past trips. Moved me.

      Omg dude, I experienced similar stuff when I had a psychedelic trip with cannibas plant medicine! Its so fascinating to hear other peoples stories. I also melted into nothingness and forget this reality and had to relearn how to breathe when I got back. I had to learn what a body was. What you and I experienced is what is called ego death. Everytime I take any kind of cannibas this happens to me. I can only imagine what's gonna happen to me when I take mushrooms or dmt. I cant wait !!!

    • @lostinthemoonlight
      @lostinthemoonlight 4 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      Abracarogue Arcane Yes, exactly. I forgot I wasn’t satisfied with life at the time and I believe that’s why the DMT came to me. Basically it told me to love my life or else. If I didn’t I would be shattered out of existence.
      Then it told me something kinda controversial on our level... I was holding myself back with my moral beliefs. That I shouldn’t worry too much about what I believe to be right and wrong. Just do whatever makes me happy. Like I wasn’t being judged for being good or evil. I was being judged for my authenticity and on how much I loved living. (Of course harming others wouldn’t make anyone happy because it’s ultimately self harm.)

    • @lostinthemoonlight
      @lostinthemoonlight 4 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      Time. Is. An. Illusion Right above cloud 9. After hitting that level on acid or shrooms, I would easily reach it with buds. In fact, when that first happened, I was terrified. I quit buds for years and tried to numb my brain with alcohol and forget everything. Which worked.
      There is no way to explain DMT. It’s like waking up and being completely sober from reality. I thought it was a trick. Alex Grey depicts the realm pretty well in his art.

      @@lostinthemoonlight damnnn ! So they told you that what we judge bad or good actions (except harming other living beings) is only a mere jugdment and that "pleasure" and gratitude for life were the fundment for enjoying life fully ? Have you lived your life fully after those revelations and did it sparked that will of living, experiencing the good things proposed in this simulation ? Thank you for ya story.

      @@sheep9944 it’s mainly due to the hard problem of consciousness. Materialism doesn’t have a way to sufficiently explain how matter can go from being unconscious to conscious. It also almost completely disregards subjective experience that doesn’t fit the materialistic paradigm. Any experience that cannot be explained via materialism is considered woo woo.
      If you’re going to just sum everything up to synapsis in the brain and matter, you’re never going to fully understand the psyche because in order to do that, you’ll need to give credence to the subjective experience.

    I said to my partner "Baby Shark has 2B views and this video only has 60K ... as a species, we're doomed!" She pointed out that Baby Shark has an actual video with cute kids dancing. I acquiesced, realizing that I'd seen Baby Shark (research) more times than this video, so I guess we still have hope.

I’m struck that much of what he says here, and I’m new to Dr Grof’s work(better late than never), is articulated with radical clarity by Rupert Spira. Anyone else notice this? So if anyone is reading this and would care to supplement their work with Dr Grof, I highly recommend getting your mind blown by Rupert. When all barriers fall down, you empty your dense bucket of soul-like shape and start from O, and walk the long way to the 1. ...takes time, faith, dedication, commitment and most of all - takes Love. ❤

    I’ve had numerous drawn-out, very peaceful hallucinations at will when sleep deprived and used minimal micro dosing of k. One day when i was very distressed of my families attitude towards my comfort in conforming only to my own expectations in my life. See, I am the happiest i have ever been and i love everything in my life and i am successful in work also, my perfect job. Being disappointed in my families inability to reconcile that it didn’t matter if i was inebriated by evening often and then perfectly fine again by 7am each morning for work; I wrote a poem to my new friend and great artist George Gittoes who paints in war zones (currently ukraine). I wrote a beautiful poem quickly in one go with no effort. As i sat and re-read the poem i only then started to realise how beautiful it was. THEN, i fell into love in my brain, i could feel the descent a sliding motion and a feeling of trust and relaxation. From there i had an outer-body experience and visualised how to grow my company but not over-stress myself. I felt like i was being shown the path. It lasted a good 7 minutes and was very peaceful and serene. I cannot wait til the next time i experience Nirvana / Valhalla / Enlightment.

    People need to know that any generalizations about East vs. west, right vs. left hemisphere, rational vs. non rational etc are in the end deceptive and lead to a cultish mentality. Take Hume for example. Known to be a skeptic of the Scottish Enlightenment, his main idea was to question the existence of causality whatsoever ie. Where is it exactly? And the west has many mystics in its strange brew of cultural influences like Meister Elkhart. Western Philosophers like Leibniz posited a Theorem of God as an un-caused cause. Even Jung warned against ignoring ones own tradition and “donning the costume of another culture”
    In my experience westerners who have chased after the bliss of the East, or seek truth through a plant or other chemical for that matter, are the most superficial “spiritual” people I know. And this is the reason why. It’s like having a deep and shallow end to your swimming pool. It makes Diving idangerous.

    • @tomgroover1839
      @tomgroover1839 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Please. What exactly is it that you wish to say, with some specificity? The perinatal realm was posited by Rank which got him, as the general secretary of The Psychoanalytic Society of Vienna, expelled by Freud himself. It was Grof and his colleagues who verified that psychological realm in thousands of subjects. Take it from someone who in meditation would face anxiety and muscular tension, psychedelics took me to the source of anxiety and the construction of the ego to rule over the personality. And that was the delusion of separation from our true Source by that overwhelmingly horrific introduction to the world outside the womb.

      We are all god. There is no separation. All things are us and we are the all. The pain we experience as humans is just one level out of numerous. There are levels you can go to inside yourself to heal yourself of earthly causes of pain. I have healed myself with the cannibas plant. I was shown what the source of my discomfort was and I was shown how to heal inner and outer. We are here on earth to experience life itself in a physical form but you can take your mind to places where you feel peace beyond all understanding and your emotional traumas will make sense. And you can learn why you are going through something.
