I’m a beginner and a little overweight so I’m leaning out while doing calisthenics and power building, I like to do a max of dips, variations of push ups, pull ups, dips, dragon flags and hollow body holds
1yr of callisthenics but still a beginner 😅. My best skills are a pull up (seriously, a pull up not even 2) also i can do a pistol squat with my right leg. Last one is one arm push up (assisted a lil bit with my left arm)

I started doing “calisthenics” a few month and I started with doing push ups every day. I did 6 the first week and increased with 2 push ups every other. Now I am at 16 but it seems that I get tired after doing 10 or 11. What will you recommend me to do in ordet to reach 16 or evenmore? Regards
I am an intermediate, but I can do a 1 arm chin up? 4 and half years if chin-ups everyday pays off for somethings I guess. Only it takes a lot longer to build muscle when you are under 13.
