i felt just like gohan in the begining , started to read a lot of self help books so on and on , but i couldnt find inner peace within self . with this i feel something will change in the long run
Wake up (after being well rested) to two glasses of water and (NOT a coffee) a decent breakfast and some sunlight. Get 30 mins minimum of cardio. Switch off devices and throw out your tv. I promise this will change your life
Not true when comes to art, noone is sneaking in your crib to complete all your manuscripts. If you got a lot of grooming to do noone is coming to do it for free.
Brilliant content. Sends me back to my books on Tao. I needed very much to hear this Lotus practice and use it to handle my full To Do list. Much gratitude for sharing this valuable content. Many blessings!
Great content...It has beautiful msg..thank you for compiling it....just one small feedback, not necessary you need to apply i feel the video lacks the same depth and calmness as the great msg...
I think I have found a way to overcome frustration and this will help me to solve problems better while embracing difficulties and admit my flaws. I had lost my job, I have $2,000 worth of debt and I lost my money via crypto leverage out of desperation instead of holding it. My mind filled with distractions, including family problems and my brother with autism. Wish me luck, hoping I can maintain strong positive vibe while in midst of chaos.
Good luck to you sir/mam. Yk what they say. Things have to become horrible before you get what your dreams. I think it's your turn to be happy now. Just hold on.

Gohan has the genetic make-up of kaizen. It's continuous improvement. Non-stop aim for power and fights. Look at Gohan's father. He's now under the training of the gods.
This says a lot without saying anything. I don't think this kind of teaching can be condensed into a 13 minute TH-cam video. And the title is antithetical to the message, ね?
i just came across your video, i really found it helpful. So I have gone through your page, I can't seem to understand why these motivational videos are only for men?
When I google the lotus method, it mostly shows a method to help women prepare for the physical and mental demands of motherhood. Looks like they already have the patent for that name/practice.
Visual learning graphics mindmap and illustrations that help convey information related to the topic will make your channel a lot more popular and successful in getting your audience to comprehend the data.
Is there a mantra or something to trigger or flip the switch on so to speak? Or do you create one and if so, how or rather what is the process for creating an infallible trigger to engage?
Or, maybe modern people are trying to do too much in 24 hours. Work 8 hours + exercise + spend quality time with loved ones + study / get that promotion + contribute to a worthy cause ....c'mon man ...our original calendar was the seasons., hunter gathers worked 4 per day to get food. Even slaves worked less hours ... under worse conditions for sure.
mastering the mind and believing even more on the illusions and chasing success seems to be message here!! isnt true meditation finding the mind also an illusion
Buddha was married, 1 can assume he loved his wife Yasodarma. He left his wife and princely estate. He and Yasodarma became a monk and a nun. So, They lived separately, yet the mind was fixated on the loved one. Hence the every minute every day question "what is she doing? What did she feel?" So 8 fold path teaches to extinguish love. Focus the mind constantly on skin and breathing. Purposely realize what is truely known and what is delusion. He prepared the world to recognize the truth of resurrected Jesus in the clouds above.
@@rajkumararulambalam9829he had the real thirst for end of suffering.. .the person who left his wife wasnt Buddha.. the enlightened. .it was Gautama the unenlightened suffering being..
Good video, but a Shaolin monk doesn't do kata, because that is Japanese. In Chinese martial arts, the practice of choreographed movements is commonly referred to as "forms" or "taolu" (套路). While "kata" is a Japanese term meaning "form"
My two cents.... don't deny the fear, accept it.....deeply, like you would a friend. Fighting fear makes it more powerful, accepting it makes it dissipate. Once you fully accept the fear (not easy at first,,,,,as the natural tendency is to bury it, or deny it, because it causes discomfort) so take it slow. Accept it slowly, carefully, as though you are meeting a stranger. My experience is that as the fear is fully accepted, I feel more peaceful, less stressed, and then I can see the causes more clearly, and sort out what is "imagined fear" and what part of the fear deserves attention. Then I am able to act clearly, calmly and move past it. But it's not a "one time fixes all" process, as life brings challenges the fear must be acknowledged again, and the same process applied. But over time, my fears are much less intense, and I quickly sense when I need to focus on a fear, and deal with it. Hope this helps.
Can someone explain more about part 2, the natural way of life? They talk about similarities with streams or river of water. But then again the flow of river is only one way and usually downstream meaning from hi to low. Does this mean that success is actually at the bottom? Then how can we finish a task?
As the water flows, it encounters many obstacles. Rocks, plants, logs, garbage or debris from us, even the soil and earth itself, all stand in the way of the water. They prevent the straight line path of "point A to point B" which would be the easiest. Instead of fighting these obstacles, the water flows around them, circumventing them all and taking the path of least resistance. It's similar to how someone would move through a crowd of people, weaving back and forth to find the openings between people. One understanding of this in practice could be seen as taking a break while studying because you find your thoughts straying from the topic. Perhaps you rest your mind for a brief moment then continue, perhaps you take a short walk before returning. You go with the flow of your own energy, when you feel it fade or deplete, you recover it so you can continue. That's my understanding at least.
Wrong title for the video. The entire video is about not forcing or trying to overcome your mental resistance but the title says "How to FORCE..." The video title should be something like "How to do hard things without struggling" .
1. Awareness
2. Embrace the flow of life (letting it go)
3. Cultivate stillness
4. Action (focused attention)
5. Patience

Finally someone who understands true egoless confidence.
You truly have the voice of a James Buddha Bond! 😎😃😊
both the video and audio are clearly AI generated
probably the script too based on how much it repeats itself

Advertisement between such good videos , distance the involvement with the topic.
Does anyone know the name of the movie and the actors shown in the clips in this video?
focus on one small step at a time and watch videos on the actual specific job you have to do rather than general motivational videos.
This video was made for me
