But just like Rocky, once i faced my fears, then NOTHING & NO ONE (else) mattered. And now i've got a bike AND am about to get a brand new (used) car; recently started paying off my debts...soon, a new house. So remember what Rocky faced....you really CAN BE THE WINNER/🏆!!! Clubber was a strong, powerful opponent but he would expend all of his energy going for quick knockouts. Apollo would've danced circles around him and Drago was pretty agile for his size.
I think it was Apollo . Lang only had hooks , Drago was roided up , Tommy Gunn was a feckin idiot , but Apollo was a true fighter , he just didn't have the heart of Balboa .
Rocky III is the most heart pounding of all. The final fight between Rocky and Clubber Lang is epic. But of course the fight against Ivan Drago in Rocky IV is really dramatic.
its look like a joke ..I never ever seen before in any heavy weight box that boxer heating heavy punch nonstop to the Opponent head and fight will Continue ... must powerful boxer will knockdown with one punch like this.. just count how many heavy punch impacting right to the both boxers head with full power ..until first 46 seconds I count more than 35 heavy punch straight landed on the dammen head and he looks grate, is his head made fully from copper or stone?
For all his great boxing skill, Creed was poor at coaching strategy. If Rocky listening to that "be more man than him" nonsense, he would have lost the fight. Rocky trusted his own instincts and it took him to victory!

How exactly did Rocky come to the conclusion that Clubber was running out of gas after getting knocked on his ass twice after the second round? I think this fight might have been more believable if he realized this after round 3 when Clubber had no knockdowns then knocked him out in Round 4.
He was imaged a "loudmouth" with brute strength and pretty much claimed invincibility and would always back it up. Because he lost, now that his image was defeated, he felt that that was it.
“I may be stupid, but I ain’t breathing heavy!” This was the foreshadowing for the next round. He rope a doped Clubber until he got gassed, then destroyed him.

The irony? Rocky later on: "It ain't against the rules to duck!" Glad he figured it out eventually?
One match I would've love to have seen was Adonis Creed vs. Clubber Lang!
Clubber Lang would pummel Adonis with overwhelming Brute Strength...
@@williamljonesjr6695 However, thanks to Plot Armor, Adonis would get up & unleash an incredible flurry on Clubber that it would be an automatic KO!
What of gotten the same results Creed was in phenomenal shape Nd stamina would of went 7
Adonis Creeds puches would little affect to almost no affect on Clubber Lang he would laugh at Adonis average power Adonis would have the dance around Clubber for 12 Rounds by easily winning on points that's thee only way Adonis would win
Better yet would have been Clubber Lang vs Ivan Drago!
If Apollo was based on Ali, then Clubber was surely based on Foreman and this being the Rumble in the Jungle where the huge hitting slugger was outsmarted by the boxer.
Exactly.
i feel a LOT LIKE 'Rocky':
Came to part of SC so i could prove something to MYSELF with OUT NO ONE'S help but GOD'S.
BEFORE:
i was grieving (wife died from damn cancer)... confused...angry...scared... homeless... jobless...away from God and a burden to my family, even ashamed (o' myself)...
But just like Rocky, once i faced my fears, then
NOTHING
&
NO ONE (else)
mattered.
And now i've got a bike AND am about to get a brand new (used) car; recently started paying off my debts...soon, a
new house. So remember what Rocky faced....you really CAN BE
THE
WINNER/🏆!!!
BELIVE
THAT!!!!
A-MEN!!!!!
this rematch was great, but the best scene of the movie still wasn't this one. it was the one where adrian lit into rocky on the beach after he wasn't giving it his usual all. after her scolding n motivation that's where everything changed n he became rocky again. best scene of the movie in my opinion n one of the best in the whole series too.
2:40 I've always imagine this is what it sounds like getting hit by Mike Tyson in the ring! I still wouldn't step in the ring with that man!
Nobody is ever gonna offer you a chance
I would but with training and they have to pay me
Mr. T's Trashtalk was next level "You better stay down. I got a lot a mo 4 you if you get up"
Wilder should have watched this before the second fight.
Ali's rope a dope in the Foreman fight inspired the script for this fight.
I wish all boxing matches were like out of the Rocky films!
If they were alot of people would die from serious trauma lol

@@assassinjgaming3948 i woulndt wanna have none of those boxers heads after the fight or coming years , talk aboute serious brain damages .
Fury vs Wilder III
R un L Bros. ...You're fantasizing!!!
Everyone says Drago was the best Opponent… I disagree. Clubber is the man.
drago would’ve eaten clubbed alive wtf
Clubber was a strong, powerful opponent but he would expend all of his energy going for quick knockouts. Apollo would've danced circles around him and Drago was pretty agile for his size.
@@kagemaru259 In training Rocky, he practically did so.
I think it was Apollo . Lang only had hooks , Drago was roided up , Tommy Gunn was a feckin idiot , but Apollo was a true fighter , he just didn't have the heart of Balboa .
No to me Creed Was...hke fucc Roccy Up
Rocky III is the most heart pounding of all. The final fight between Rocky and Clubber Lang is epic. But of course the fight against Ivan Drago in Rocky IV is really dramatic.
As i recommended in a previos comment (regarding Rocky IV)

Cheers from Sweden!
I always wonder if clubbed lang could win against drago
@@luislovera2351 I believe so. Clubber was pure strength and Drago was really a weakling on steroids.
Rocky VS Ivan Drago looked more like a Dragonball Z battle. Stallone and Lundgren looked inhuman.
Mr T for creed 3 and expendables 5. Who's with me?
I love how Rocky decides that Lang’s punches don’t hurt anymore.
Same way Hulk Hogan used to decide that an opponent's punches didn't hurt anymore. Okay, it's boxing vs. wrestling, but similar, at least.
@@RobertNielsen1970 you mean Rocky Hulked Up
@@robertrodriguez787 Yeah, except without the head shake, finger in the face, etc. 😎
if only more boxers would use this tactic...
No pain no pain!
its look like a joke ..I never ever seen before in any heavy weight box that boxer heating heavy punch nonstop to the Opponent head and fight will Continue ... must powerful boxer will knockdown with one punch like this.. just count how many heavy punch impacting right to the both boxers head with full power ..until first 46 seconds I count more than 35 heavy punch straight landed on the dammen head and he looks grate, is his head made fully from copper or stone?
Its just a film you bellend
@@Nitebreed 😂👍🏻
It's called suspension of disbelief.
It's like wondering how Wile E Coyote survived all those falls off the cliff.
It’s called fantasy mate as in entertainment
Never heard of the rope a dope before? That how ali beat foreman by letting foreman beat the shit of him
Why aren’t creed movies this intense??
theirNot because Mayweather helped Stallone Produce the Movies for lightweight division !
For all his great boxing skill, Creed was poor at coaching strategy. If Rocky listening to that "be more man than him" nonsense, he would have lost the fight. Rocky trusted his own instincts and it took him to victory!
It helps when Stallone is the one writing the script that way.
@@DavidBrown-ke8cb What you talkin? This is what actually happened.
@@elliotjames5172 None of it *_actually happened._*
It's Fiction. A movie. With a script. And a script writer.
@@freighttrain7143 ah...no, Rocky is real life thing that actually happened in real life actually. Don't you KNOW anything??
@@elliotjames5172 I stand corrected. 😂

Rocky finally learned how to duck fighting Clubber, instead of blocking the blows with his when he fought Apollo twice.

Just a good ol boxing movie
Not one
Lucky it's a movie any person hit that hard & that many times in the head would be dead!
Honestly that should be a tagline for a solid chunk of the Rocky movies.
They are actually hitting each other with their punches in the rocky movies…only the signs of fatigue and knockdowns are acted out
@@CraigMcGuinn quite possibly the dumbest thing I’ve read this year.
And everyone calls Hearns/Hagler the best first round in History…………
No one
No-one
Round 2 Scoring:
Balboa 6 punches thrown, 5 landed, 3 power punches.
Lang 96 punches thrown, 94 landed, 91 power punches, 2 knockdowns
Anouncer in between Rounds 2 and 3: "These are hard rounds to call."
Clubber Lang was basically Tyson before Tyson.
RedSkaal-first time either of those punk-bitches fought anybody with boxing skills, they got dropped like bitches!
😅
How exactly did Rocky come to the conclusion that Clubber was running out of gas after getting knocked on his ass twice after the second round? I think this fight might have been more believable if he realized this after round 3 when Clubber had no knockdowns then knocked him out in Round 4.
It’s funny how rocky went from this to just standing and taking it against Drago
R.I.P to Carl Weathers, Tony "Duke" Burton and Burt Young! 🙏🏿🥊🥊🥊
Never gets old.
💯💯💯
I was rooting for me T
I've got to salute Rocky for ability to block with his head.
Mr.T screaming was funny asl in this scene “AHHHHHH I’m a get you”
Why didn't clubber Lang get a rematch??
Because he pitied the fool.
Cause Rocky was ducking him, he didn't need a statue he needed guts
Probably because Mister T was in very big demand in real life.
He was imaged a "loudmouth" with brute strength and pretty much claimed invincibility and would always back it up. Because he lost, now that his image was defeated, he felt that that was it.
@@Sal_Sal27 I can see that as an in universe reason for why Clubber didn't get a rematch.
I love their boxing stances, arms wide open so you can block punches with your face!
The said blocking with ur face is how real men fight 🤣🤣🤣
Rocky3&Rocky4 was the best
“I may be stupid, but I ain’t breathing heavy!”
This was the foreshadowing for the next round. He rope a doped Clubber until he got gassed, then destroyed him.
This is only my opinion ! It would had being interesting if clubber lang comes out 40 years later to ignite the feud with rocky he was the # 1 villain out of all rocky opponents
I would say Lang was almost a villain, but didn't get there. Drago and Tommy were villains.
