    That WPC needs action taking against her. She DOES NOT DECIDE what you can and cannot do, nor does she have any power to enforce her feelings or opinions. She needs to be held accountable for her disgraceful and unlawful threats and behaviour (trespass to terrorism in less than 2 seconds).

    You should have sat down immediately when she began to pull you. Then this would have made it 10x more difficult for them to move you and they'd have had to use a lot more force, which is extremely risky for them

      It was a perfectly legal act.
      Normally police don't get involved with trespass, as it's civil not criminal.
      However, they are authorised to enforce trespass on police property.
      They asked nicely, then told, then physically removed. Textbook..😀
      Any resistance by the trespassers IS considered an "assault". Don't try kid yourself its self defence......you'd be in a cell.

    It's a public accessible area, he is legally entitled to be and to film there, the officers are therefore acting unlawfully, they have no legal powers to accost him and they don't really need to understand his reasons for filming unless the suspect him of a crime.

    NNY, I've just started watching your audits - this being the second video I've watched. I must say that I have a select few audits I enjoy watching - mainly because of their confidence and legal intellect in challenging these officers. You are now one of 4 auditors I'll be following! Subscribed!
    Side note: The female officer's "asking" doesn't reflect her forceful physical contact. It's akin to a member of the public "asking" to see a PCSO's designation card whilst reaching into their vest.
    Surely, this is abuse. She should have backed her physical contact with legal powers. You simply cannot request whilst forcing. A request does not insinuate obligation, a requirement however does. A requirement by an officer should always be backed by their powers in law.

    I thought that the only person that could remove your implied right of access or tresspass you was the owner of the property. If this is the case then how can polic-e enforcers tresspass you or enforce it as a civil matter that technically doesn't exist until the property/land owner tresspass's you.

    I cannot for the life of me understand why they get so precious about a car park at the rear of the station, it’s not as if there is anything there that you can’t see on the road. The only reason can be is so they can enforce their so called power over you and if you don’t comply they get their feelings hurt because you are challenging their perceived power over you

    i never gave them the right to remove someone from my land that wasnt breaking a law .. how dare they claim my land is private .. and yes thats assault .. they cant claim resonable force for that as they had no legal right to ask you to leave ... has to be clearly posted if its a restricted area

    That was a good audit. I had a mate who was super difficult to catch when playing British bulldogs. It would be hillarious to see the police trying to catch a fit auditor round their carpark.
