I just bought new 2023 Nissan Pathfinder SL and I just love it. This is my seventh Nissan . Very good quality condition the best costumers service.

I really still don't understand why he compare Pathfinder SUV with pickup truck.?

I seriously considered this but a lack of a hybrid or diesel option crossed it off my list. Good to see the CVT gone.

The trend away from CVTs in some suvs is welcome from a drivability standpoint. However, the poor fuel economy of a traditional auto illustrates the advantage of a CVT.

A 2024 hybrid version is expected this Fall. If the Murano goes hybrid or PHEV, Nissan could very well compete with Mazda's new SUVs.

Nice looking SUV, although I feel like the wheels could be bigger?!

Nissan Australia have removed the st and stl from lineup. Probably have some existing stock still on hand

@@markscott2215 interesting move, not sure Nissan has the fans to drop 70k on a Ti in a flooded market. Wish them well

The Ti in the x-trail and Qashqai get a bigger screen and a digital instrument cluster. What gives. The more you spend in Nissans vehicle range, the less equipped it is.

Kluger hybrid and Palisade 2.2d are much better in this category. There is a reason why Nissan only sold 188 of these new cars in Australia in 2022; Pathfinder is 10 years behind other large SUV's in Australia.

I'd agree with Kluger being better but when I test drove the 2.2D it was incredibly slow off the block and very sluggish overall. The drive quality didn't feel better than the Pathy. For passengers however, a Palisade is a lot more comfortable and luxurious than a Pathy. In my opinion the Pathy is a shave better than a 2.2D Palisade. 3.8 V6 Palisade was punchy but only front wheel drive so not a fair comparison

Ordered mine in Aug 2022, almost one year on and still no signs of delivery. Stay clear of this phantom car

Nissan has completely forgotten about the faithful who loved the genuine 4x4 pathfinder of old. I was excited about this new model , ditching the CVT and maybe getting back to its old roots of Offroad and towing capability. This video has given me no insight into that. I will need to look elsewhere for a more complete review.

The Nissan pathfinder with 9 speed automatic is the best value car on the market with prenium interior and gorgeous exterior design that makes toyota kluger looks so cheap and trash. hybrid system is only good for taxi and uber drivers.

  • @davidlewis2464

Really not good enough from Nissan. No wonder they are in a massive hole, a Kluger gxl, carnival sli or a pallisade elite made so much more sense, cost the same and have better engine options.
Even Toyota have ditched their 3.5 and they are always a generation behind!

Nissan fucked up the pathfinder with the cvt tranny. Plus (competely objective and not to be held against other Pathfinders. The don't float (not much does). Tried to save one from sinking next to its ice fishing hut and was unsuccessful (tried to pull it out with a Ram 2500, but too much weight for recovery. Sank to about 60 feet.
