    Hello! Another great combo is plain greek yogurt+apples+apple pie spice+applesauce ( plus the flax and other good stuff)

    Thanks, I will give that a try. I usually make my oatmeal (warm) in the morning, but sometimes I don't have much time, but by preparing it the night before saves time. 👍

    I use to eat overnight oats when i was nursing my 2 child a few years ago as i heard oatmeal can help with a milk supply, however, looking back i was getting acid reflux everytime i was eating them. As soon as i stopped nursing i stopped eating the overnight oats. I felt like the symptoms got better once i stopped eating them. I would add berries, yogurt and flaxseeds. Does it sound like it could be related to an allergy as i have lots of food allergies. If i eat cooked oatmeal i dont get any heartburn symptoms. Why do you think that could be? Would appreciate your thoughts.

      You must give up sugar!!! Candida lives on sugar, all sugars especially in carbs. Good luck x
