most modern lcd monitors use very low power.For example my monitor is rated for "on state" power of only 10W so your electric bill wont be that much more from a normal pc setup.

My setup: PC-tower (open on the side for extreme Air cooling), a LED monitor, a mouse (laser!), a keyboard (with backlight!), a CPU (keep house warm on winters), a 2GB GPU (yes 2GB!), an SSD (a very solid one), a head-set that protect my ears from mosquitos bites, 5 speakers (to wake up neighboards). Ahh and a Cougar mousepad (cause i ♥ cats)

And yes, I can see benefits of the triple screens, but I just don't find them enough to justify their price or the lower FPS you would get (if you are up for gaming).
IMO multiple monitor is great for multitasking/workstation... but I wouldn't spend my money to buy multiple monitor for gaming... just buy a nice 1080p or 1440p or even 4k monitor for gaming. Watch linus tech tips video about multiple monitor

I don't have it yet but I AM gonna build myself a cockpit seat with all flight controls of planes and helicopters and some additional features: - A joystick for roll and (cyclic) pitch - a pair of rudder pedals for yaw - a throttle lever - a collective pitch lever with some kind of integrated throttle actuator for games that combine the abilities of regular planes and helicopters - an array of buttons for additional features, the life-saving ones the need to be accessible within a split-second on the stick and the not-so-life-saving ones on a panel - a pair of VR-goggles that take away the need to manually look around using the mouse (imagine an enemy aircraft attacking from the side and u being able to keep him in sight all the time while maneuvering around him, I bet that would almost make u feel like ur in an actual dogfight, plus it would most likely help players who can easily get confused with their controls while looking to the side using the mouse)
You forgot my toaster X36000 that uses a piece of toast as the mouse, a single dial for a keyboard and a mirror as a monitor. My toaster also has an Intel 2500 Butter CPU and an onion for a speaker. It runs at 2pixels and 5 seconds for frame btw for anyone looking to invest in one.
most ppl that use 2 monitors are ppl gaming and are on facebook/Twitter and most of the 3 monitor ppl and alot of the 2 monitor ppl are streamers so they can see chat and paypal for donations and such as that
alot of people who have such a great gaming computer usually either want full immersion or they do other things, such as producing, editing, or streaming. which all takes a great amount of power and usually alot of micro management usually u have alot of things open at one time and its time consuming an tedious to keep going in and out of screens

I have only one problem number 48 that kid is playing minecraft his pc and setup aren't THAT amazing but why does he need a screen that big and that high up.
I don't have it yet but I AM gonna build myself a cockpit seat with all flight controls of planes and helicopters and some additional features:
- A joystick for roll and (cyclic) pitch
- a pair of rudder pedals for yaw
- a throttle lever
- a collective pitch lever with some kind of integrated throttle actuator for games that combine the abilities of regular planes and helicopters
- an array of buttons for additional features, the life-saving ones the need to be accessible within a split-second on the stick and the not-so-life-saving ones on a panel
- a pair of VR-goggles that take away the need to manually look around using the mouse (imagine an enemy aircraft attacking from the side and u being able to keep him in sight all the time while maneuvering around him, I bet that would almost make u feel like ur in an actual dogfight, plus it would most likely help players who can easily get confused with their controls while looking to the side using the mouse)

You forgot my toaster X36000 that uses a piece of toast as the mouse, a single dial for a keyboard and a mirror as a monitor. My toaster also has an Intel 2500 Butter CPU and an onion for a speaker. It runs at 2pixels and 5 seconds for frame btw for anyone looking to invest in one.

alot of people who have such a great gaming computer usually either want full immersion or they do other things, such as producing, editing, or streaming. which all takes a great amount of power and usually alot of micro management usually u have alot of things open at one time and its time consuming an tedious to keep going in and out of screens
