- I've wanted to record a tour of my setup for a long time now. I constantly change it so much I never wanted to make a tour because I knew something new was coming. However now I have pretty much everything I could ever want, so I feel like now is the best time to do a tour!
This setup is 4 years in the making, and totally overkill! I'm really proud of it.

Actually SLI doesn't increase VRAM. Titan X has 12 GB of dedicated VRAM, so putting that into sli just means you still have 12 GB. Still plenty tho. Anyway I love the setup. Looks very cool, even though I personally don't use TV's for my setup. I have a Predator X34. Love the custom waterloop though.

***** Yeah ive read about that. I can count the amount of games that support dx 12 on one hand that are currently out. Upcoming? Sure there are a few, but eh. The support really isn't there. Saying they stack now is just kind of dishonest/ill-informed.

Only if the specific game supports that function. Not everything in DX12 will stack VRAM.

I've got 8GB on my R9390, and it can push 8K w/o too much of an issue. I do 1080p and sometimes triple monitor. It's great! Going to get a second once I upgrade my CPU

With monitors that big you need a larger desk to sit further from the monitors, otherwise you have to turn your head too much to see X or Y monitor. Thus loosing the peripheral vision benefit eyefinity are supposed to give you. Simply put, when you look at the center monitor, the other monitors are supposed to go to the edges of your peripheral vision without going past that. Anything past it is a waste.

In SLI each card is only 12 GB right. Running SLI doesn't double your VRAM. So you only get 12GB usable right?

I like how he can pull down the 4K monitor in front of those TVs so he can have big and flashy (multi-TV setup) plus something a little more high end when he needs it.
Sometimes just having a big picture as an option can be cool. Even though I use IPS, 144hz, 1440, G-sync monitors I still have a 60hz 1080p projector that can be nice for certain things like playing less competitive games from my bed or split screen console games.
I love how these kind of setups _alyways_ get masses of comments saying 'wtf that's so overkill' etc etc. It's a sweet setup and it's personal; this is how you wish yours to be and I'm glad you're happy with it. Personally I would lean towards (if money were no object, which in my case it unfortunately is) three large (27" perhaps) monitors as opposed to TVs. For now I'll stick to my double 24" monitor setup. But, as I said, as long as you're happy with it man, that's all that matters!

AMAZING SETUP DUDE! I'm trying to save up a lot of money to make a setup myself. It's sad you don't have more subs man this truly is an amazing video and you need to make more. Wait, you can pump out 4k gaming on this rig, yet, your using TV's with 15hz refresh rate, and the monitor that isnt 15hz is tiny as hell. I'm not understanding your logic here,

from personal experience ive done 4k gaming and ive done 144hz with 1ms response time and that kicked the 4k out of the water with how fluid my 144 fps was going. my buddy streams and has tried a few different benq monitors to try to see what is the best and with him streaming various games 6 days a week for around 8-10 hours at a time, he agrees with the 144hz 1ms 1080p is the best for gaming. also helps since not all games are ready for 4k or even 2k res. just my thoughts though

Do you mind me asking what kind of mic and recorder you use for audio? Either your microphone is on par with my webcam, or your recorder downgrades the audio quality.
+TheChurchIdiot I use the Rode Podcaster and Fraps to record audio. I think it's my voice that comes in kind of funny, not the mic or recorder. But if you have any suggestions to improve audio quality, I'm always up for that!

***** I use the Blue Snowball Ice microphone along with Audacity. The Blue Yeti Microphone is also a good choice, but the Snowball is much cheaper and still has amazing quality. I think it's around fifty US dollars, but Audacity is free, so if you don't want to buy a new mic, you can always just download Audacity.
I'll try audacity - maybe fraps is doing something. But there's no way those mics have better quality than the Podcaster. If I'm having audio issues it's not with the mic, but something else.
You can still use fraps, you just have to run audacity on the side to create the audio file for your videos.

your setup is nice, and I wouldn't blame you if you want to play minecraft on that setup. I love how you put the sword and the picaxe on the wall, that is what I like about your setup.
It would make more sense to put one of the radiators inbetween the graphics cards and the processor. In this configuration the CPU is getting warm water from the graphics cards.

@Apoky It's actually just a second smaller monitor arm that I've daisy-chained. I needed it so the monitor could get low enough.

Epic setup man, but VRAM doesn't " double up " on the graphics cards. Textures/renders still have to " duplicate ", you still use effectivly 12GB VRAM :)

Amazing setup and nice computer but personally i think that 48 inch tvs as monitors, is a bit over the top lol. I usually stick with 1 LG ultra wide monitor and two 24 inches on the sides. But really great setup. And Tbh i dont know how you fit all of those tvs on that one desk lol.

I have a 48" TV on my wall and it look way bigger than those monitors you have on the desk. Could be the perspective though.

If you run SLI GPU's, the V-RAM does not combine. So you only have 12 GB of V-RAM, not 24 GB.
