@@gohan1789 I think you should try keeping your foot on railing ...
At first day just keep ur one leg up on the railing for five minutes and then the second day you should slowly and gently slide your feet down-wards perhaps you shouldn't feel pain on your thigh ,after 5 days ur split will improve pretty much fully if you do it with determination..
I would like to recommend you to do this only on straight railings..
It can be dangerous ...
Then use sensei video to make it better and sharper ..

I can do 70 -80 push ups in one set,I do 400 pushed ups everyday sometimes even more, but my dream is to be abel to stretch my body and to be abel to do a high kicks. how long do you think it takes for someone like me who never done stretch before?
