As for the harvester pylon, you need to place it into the water source that you placed below it so that it's submerged. Not sure why it says above the water in the tooltip because it's never worked that way for me....it's always needed to be inside of it. It's what I use for all of my Ars farms and it's such a handy little thing for those dang berries. xD
