You are very welcome! This stand is pretty cool. I had become used to the radio basically sitting flat(only on the slight angle) however I have to say, this brings the angle up to a much more common and useful angle. For the money, well worth the price! 73's

Thanks for sharing. I'm trying to convince myself to get this rig based on what I see and hear about the receiver - especially in this price range. However I am having a mental block with the size of the rig and my fat hands/fingers.

I am considering buying this. Have you made many voice contacts with it? Can I use a external 3rd party antenna with it? I am a new ham and I like the idea of a rig made here. Regards Vincent KC3AFY
