Brilliant interview! The film is a humdinger! Fabulous performance from Austin and Tom. For those of us that never had the opportunity to experience Elvis at the beginning of his career, this film gives us an unusual opportunity to use our imagination and believe we were actually there at his musical beginnings. No other artist could have started the 50's cultural revolution which was waiting to happen. It was meant to be! Viva Elvis!
AUSTIN DESERVES AN OSCOR, TOM HANKS OSCOR FOR BEST SUPPORTING ACTOR, BAZ LURHMANN OSCOR BEST DIRECTOR, CATHERINE MARTIN OSCOR FOR SET DESIGN CLOTHS SND COSTUMES, LINDA THOMSON OSCOR PORTRAYING ELVIS 'S MOM, OSCORS GALLORE FOR ELVIS THE MOVIE IS SENSATIONAL BRILLIANT AWESOME
The Elvis in this film never existed. Especially the pink suit performance. Never happened like that. He shook a little. Just like he did in the pentecostal church on Sunday. And the clip when he was a boy in the revival tent. Never happened like that. It's all hype.
@@sadcowboyfan7365 I don't need a time machine. My family was there. In the mid 50's when he toured the south. Plus I know a rockabilly artist still living that headlined when E was at the bottom of the bill. This artist with his brother had a contract with Capital in 1952. 2 years before E started with Sun.
You have NO IDEA what your talking about. It ACTUALLY DID.HlAPEN. EXACTLY THAT. SAM BELL WAS THERE PADSED away last it was absolurely AUTENTIC. YOU NEED TO Fact check before you mouth off.
The end of this movie sucked because I Eminem I do not like rap or hip-hop. It’s not music it is talking and Eminem has a filthy mouth because he swears in his songs he should not be in a rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame. I wish I never went to go see this movie in Providence Rhode Island mall.
So the Eminem song excerpt (one of many) that played over the credits has made you wish you never saw the film? I guess you didn't focus on the actual dramatic final scenes of the movie because you are far too busy being over the top dramatic in your actual life. Get a grip. Smdh
@@waylonvids thank u I agree, best movie ever, loved it from start to finish, entertaining, historical, culture, nostalgia, musical explosions, the story of Elvis was told and performed so very well! Congratulations Austin, Tom Hanks , Baz and Catherine Lurhmann, 💙💕💜🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏congratulations to everyone
