- Baz Luhrman introduces Elvis cast (Austin Butler, Tom Hanks, Olivia DeJonge, Kelvin Harrison Jr., Yola Quartey, Alton Mason, Lisa Marie Presley, Riley Keough & Priscilla Presley at screening on June 11 on The Guest House at Graceland
Set against an evolving cultural landscape and loss of innocence in America, Baz Luhrmann's upcoming Elvis movie covers the rock legend’s growth from dirt-poor singer to global icon, seen through the prism of his complex relationship over two decades with manager Colonel Tom Parker (played by Tom Hanks). Presley reached a level of stardom matched only by the Beatles before his death in 1977 at the age of 42.

My heart breaks for Lisa Marie. She has been through so much the past 2 years with the death of her son but I'm happy to see her out with her mom and daughter. R.I.P. Benjamin. I know he's smiling down on them with his grandfather Elvis from heaven.

This movie touched me so much. I had tears in my eyes to know what Elvis and his family went through
God bless the Presleys and especially Lisa Marie and I hope this movie will give her a bit of joy thinking that her dad may have finally obtained the respect he’s deserved. I’m sure Benjamin and Elvis are watching it together and peaceful at last.
He never lost his respect take it from a real Rockin Rebel from the 50s

WHAT a background to speak in front up! This movie totally lives up to the hype. Should go down as the BEST MOVIE of the year.

Poor Lisa, such tragedies she endured until her heart just gave out. I remember seeing her with MJ on Oprah's show. The whole mega celebrity dating/wedding was just surreal, as they both wanted to have a normal life that was impossible. Seeing how their lives have played out is heart-rending. What did it all mean, if one does not have the most essential things in life??

He asked her to be there. She isn't introduced as the cast. Like it or not, she was at one time married to him, and Lisa is his only child. What's sad about it? How is she trying to "get attention?" She's one of many on the stage. She didn't insist on being there, she was invited by Baz. If you have a problem with that, you'll have to ask him about it. You can ask on his Instagram.
