Scrap yard doesn't go to the dump. It gets recycled into new metal.
I totally agree with you. 👍 My only point of saying was, good that there is a Scrap Yard to take care of such things. Otherwise people would have just thrown it to dump.

Your scrap yard lady was so nice! Up here, I spotted a USED metal trash can when I went to take some stuff, and the person said it would be $8. It was even dirty! Left it behind.

My father and granddad did house remodels my whole life along with all our rentals, one thing I want to say is please please even if it hard and takes time is get rid of the popcorn ceilings, especially in kitchens and bathrooms cause of steam! Love all your videos! ❤

Josh, make sure you use the clamps to secure pex to the bottom of your floor joists. Keep it up and fastened. Otherwise, the crawl space will be a nightmare spaghetti bowl. Water lines and electric wiring need to be fastened up for safety.

I've spent years scrappn in a lot of different places..never hav I seen a hand washing station at a scrap yard and never saw such nice owners..one indicator why the scrap lady was so nice..She was wearing a Kentucky shirt.. obvious good people!

We built our house (finished a few months ago) and I did all the switches and outlets while my husband did other projects. Some of those were quite a chore to do, especially the spot with 4 light switches! So many wires to keep straight! Haha. It's fun to learn new skills though. Love the little updates.

I really thought you'd actually keep the radioactive sign to decorate a bit. Shed flips has their wall full of awesome signs and I think it would be fun if you would give this sign a nice spot in the warehouse too :D Although your walls are a loooot bigger so I get that you can't just cover them completely with signs haha.

About the popcorn ceilings, get a garden sprayer and spray the ceilings with water. Get it really wet and let it sit for a few minutes. If they have multiple coats of paint, you may have to repeat the process a couple times. Eventually the water will soak through and the popcorn will scrape off.
I love the Supreme bag still had the Chinese price tag on it.... That radioactive sign was awesome.

So many different problems with dogs that you just never know if it's a good thing or a problem. My one dog would eat that ball in a day. lol Then throwing up all night. If you have high enough ceilings, you can also mud over the popcorn ceilings. Mine wouldn’t scrape off, so that’s what my contractor did. I only lost a little height. Granted, I also didn’t have any recessed lighting to work around; I only had regular lights.
